He gave me differin and it worked ok.While i was using the differin i was working all summer long outside and usually wore a hat.Well two years later ever since my forehead is my natural skin color which is pale.The rest of my face is very red.I have very oily skin and my skin breaksout if i put lotion or toners on it usually.Is there any advise on how to get my skin to even out and get this redness to go away.Please help.

Since I turned 25, I started getting pimples here and there. The acne worsened throughout the year into cystic acne on the cheeks when I moved overseas. I lived overseas for a year, then moved back to the states, where all my acne disappeared for two months. It returned again slowly, starting out with a small rash (which went away with Desonide Cream .05%), then milia/whiteheads all over my cheeks, and then red pimples with white pus spreading from my cheeks to my chin now.
I’ve been using prescription strength differin gel for acne for many years, and would like to add a retinol moisturizer to my skincare routine for anti-aging benefits. Would like to know if the combination is safe?
It has plenty of bad write up on the internet about it is dangerous to use as some ingredients can cause cancer. The ingredients that are most worrying in the product is propylparaben, methylparaben, diazolidinyl urea, EDTA which are deemed dangerous and can cause cancer.
I have done some research on other products I use and found that these ingredients are in some cetaphil and dermologica products as well.
In your professional opinion do you believe this product is safe to use.
I would think baby lotion should be OK - after all, if it’s gentle enuf for a baby’s delicate skin, I’m sure it would be OK for this purpose. Offhand, I don’t know what ingredients are in Equate baby lotion, but you could check the label & look up any ingredients you don’t recognize & see if there are any precautions about use. But as I said, I doubt there’d be anything very irritating in this type of product. A lot of guys have used plain old hand lotion for this purpose.
You might as well check the ingredients against the ingredients in your old lotion. If possible, switch back to your old tanning lotion to rule out that as the cause of the allergic reaction.
I love the Aveeno Baby products esp the calming lavender lotion it smells awesome. I also use Johnson's baby bar if you can find it in stores it smells great as well and I used it in the winter time when my son would break out it would clear up his skin fast.

The thing to do is get un-petroleum for the lips and body lotion with the least amount of ingredients at a Health Food Store with no petroleum in it also. .
He also suggested I take 2 tablet per day of Standard Process SP Green Food # 4650 to clean the liver. There are 150 capsules in the bottle and it was $30.00. He said to complete the bottle and follow the other advice above and call if I have any problems.
