Avatar n tn Hey yes it's really good for you any oil like avocado, uhm can't think now any but coconut so far is the best one use it 3 times a day before sleep after shower anytime during the day and stretch marks are gone I'm not saying because I was pregnant but I do have those streach marks on my belly like prego..
Avatar f tn I use Bio Oil. I tried Palmers, but it didn't work for me. I ahve better luck with the Bio Oil. As people have said already, stretch marks are hereditary. Family history dictates if you will get them of not. Stretch mark creams and oils really just prep the skin than repair it after the skin tissue starts to tear. You have to use all the creams religiously though. Every morning and every night you need to put it on. The more you use it, the better it will work. Good luck momma.
Avatar f tn I'm just not sure I could deal with the smell of Coco butter lol.. Bio oil smells like roses :) I used it for a really really nasty scar from my knee surgery and it did a really nice job I'm just not sure how well it will do for stretch marks.. The bottle says it's for scars, stretch marks, dry, aging, and uneven skin..
1450627 tn?1296616593 t work so I havent wanted to spend money on them. Mederma works to fade stretch marks but not very much.

Avatar f tn TriLastin maternity stretch mark prevention is the best stuff. I've been using it my entire pregnancy and so far I have no stretch marks at all.
Avatar n tn This post is from July, so if you took a pregnancy test (by 4 weeks, first day of missed period) this is Sept! You would know by now. As for the stretch marks. I just now started getting them, this is my third pregnancy and I'm 29 weeks. With my first and second I didn't get them until 6 months. So no, by three weeks there wouldn't be any growth to cause stretch marks, unless your just gaining weight with out being pregnant. Good luck!
Avatar f tn Did you ever get little stretch marks where your belly ring was?
Avatar f tn Bio oil.... Use it from d early days only to prevent strtch mrks...

7840219 tn?1401214688 My butt. Lol. TMI? Maybe? Funny thing was I had no idea until I went to get blood work done. At the place they sent me to there weirdly was a mirror behind the toilet so I could see my butt when I stood up and was shocked when I seen strech marks. So when I got home I said to my husband, "Why didn't you tell me I had stretch marks on my behind?!" He said, "I didn't think it made a diffrence... it's not like you could do anything about it." Lol!
Avatar f tn ( makes me sad

1123156 tn?1338863369 if you can afford it i suggest the laser treatments. im actually going tomorrow for my first session. at MY place they are $100 to $150 per session and you need 2-5 sessions depending on how bad they are and how many you have. they won't be completely gone but they will fade to the point where you can't see them. they also have a different laser that can change their texture...and almost get rid of the indentions that stretch marks make.
910870 tn?1243169891 i used cocoa butter too bt not the kind for stretch marks. right now i have that new palmers tummy butter an the oil stuff for stretch marks. so im going to see how they work. probably get more in a couple weeks but i dont kno. i have never heard of anyone who tried the avon stuff but it sounds pretty good. my aunt does avon so i might jus picksome up.
Avatar n tn I am 24+6 weeks pregnant with a little girl, and I am starting to get stretch marks now. I'm pretty light skined, redhead if that says anything, and also a decent amount of sensitivity, I have been using palmer's cocoa butter formula massage lotion for stretch marks, but not noticing a decrease, is there something diff or better that I could try? What I'm using now has Vitamin E, collagen, Elastin, and Shea butter in it.
