Okay so my current prenatal vitamin does not have Dha in it...is it possible for me to take a Dha vitamin in conjunction with my prenatal vitamin?...if so what is a good brand to take?
I started with the "Your Life Multi" brand prenatal capsuls with DHA-60,day supply & they were BOGO $12.99. Never had a problem with nausea as long as I took them with food or right before bed. I have since switched to "Vitafusion" Prenatal 2 a day Gummies with DHA. 90 pack. They're usually on sale for 8.99 at the grocery stores.

So i visited a friend today and she looked at my prenatal vitamins that i had with me and was surprised they didn't have dha in them. She gave me some dha vitamins and recommended that i take them and continue to do so. My dr didn't mention dha. Am i alone in this?
The FDA says that it is safer to have DHA from a non fish source. I say the DHA is straight from the fish and not good to take! I would not take it or stop. I take the one Enfimil makes and it is I think $11 a month from Walmart and it is from a none fish source. I would tell your ob you wnat another one if you don't want that one!
I'm taking New chapter perfect prenatal which is a complete food base pill with folate ( folic acid's true form) and for DHA I'm taking both new chapter wholemega prenatal and garden of life ocean's mom. For extra I'm taking RAW probiotics womens once daily for healthy digestion and chloroxygen (chlorophyll) to help promote increase in red blood cells and oxygenation.
So I Bought prenatal pills and they don't have dha. So when I had my 1st Dr appt at 5 weeks he said buy dha prenatal so I have been taking them. I'm 20 weeks tomorrow and a few days ago I ran out so I been taking the prenatal pills without dha until I get paid. But I'm wondering is it even a big deal which pills i take since I'm out of 1st trimester?
DHA is a kind of Omega 3 fatty acid (which is usually DHA+EPA)
Omega 3 s are considered really beneficial for our brain and general health..and considered really good for fertility..
they're found in fatty fish or you can take them as supplements..
I start exercise and try to change my life style to be more active . After three weeks i went to do my test again and my ALT is 81 and AST is 51 . I have done the physical excersice the night beofr the test. I am so worried what i need to do.
One of my prenatal vitamins have DHA but no iron, and the other has iron but no DHA...The one with iron has a little higher percentage of vitamin C as well...which one should I take?
If I take the one with no DHA is it ok to takr Advocare Omega Plex supplement on the side? Or should I take the vitamin with DHA and take iron on the side?
These have me confused!
I'm taking DHA per my Dr bc he asked me was I going to breastfeed and I told him yes!
What brand of prenatal vitamins is everyone using? Im using nature made with dha. Just wondering if there is one kind of prenatals that are better than another.
