Preggi pop drops from babies r us,are great for nausea. They are all natural and basically like eating a lolipop lol very tasty they come in a mixed variety of lemon green apple rasberry and tangerine. To help with fatigue plenty of rest and a nice good walk everyday or as often as you can manage. Great for you baby your mind stress and relaxation and will help give you a little more energy. My favorite prenatal vit. Are nature made liquid gels with dha.
Ive been taking regular o.t.c prenatal pills. I recently ran out, couldn't find the original ones i bought so i got these nature made ones, but they contain DHA. I haven't taken prenatal pills containing DHA my entire pregnancy. Will it do any harm to start now at 31 weeks? Or should i take ones without. Any advice?
I love my nature made liquid gels with dha and omega-3. Very easy to swallow and no nausea problems very important fir me as solid vitamins make me puke regardless if I've eaten. When I start breastfeeding I may switch to similac liquid gels these particular ones require two pills a day the vitamin abd a mineral supplement. Not sure though need to do more research on these brute I decide also will cost about 20$ more per 90 days.
t make me the least nauseous is the nature made prenatal liquid gels with dha and omega-3. The key is they are liquid gels not solids so they are 10x easier on your stomach to digest! :-) they are over the counter. They are ranked in the top 10 of prenatal vitamins (after a bunch of expensive organic ones.) Lol And they aren't terribly expensive. I get them at local grocery where I shop for about 20$ for a 3 month supply.
( can i just take the liquid gels and b fine or am i going to have to choke to death on the horse pills too :(
They taste great and are easy on your tummy. They have two flavors.. Natural lemon and raspberry lemonade and You can get them at target or Walmart and they only cost $ 9.00. Cheaper than what you pay now.
Be sure you get plenty of dha and folic acid prenatals can make you sick mine are prescribed and upset my stomach. Try taking them with crackers or lemon tea that helps me.

I take spring valley gummy with dha and folic acid. I loved the taste for a minute I didn't like them but not they taste good again. There's like lemon strawberry and orange and they taste just like that lol and they are only like 8 bucks at Wal-Mart.
and it really dosent matter but the ones i think are best are the ones that also contain DHA it helps for bbys brain development :)
ve found through my pregnancies that the best prenatal all around is nature made liquid gels with dha. They care highly recommended, easy to swallow, liquid gels are much easier to digest than solids which also makes them better for not causing nausea esp if your already suffering from morning sickness etc. You Can get them at any grocer in the vit dept and aren't terribly expensive about 20$ for a 3 month supply.
