My cousin said if that tablets are in your system within 10 mins or is dissolved and it will be ok
So i visited a friend today and she looked at my prenatal vitamins that i had with me and was surprised they didn't have dha in them. She gave me some dha vitamins and recommended that i take them and continue to do so. My dr didn't mention dha. Am i alone in this?
I'm 13w5d and I'm so constipated. I haven't gone in over a week. I feel like I need to go but nothing comes out. Any suggestions?
Ok. So I tried the mixture, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup whole milk. I did this once daily for 2 days but couldn't do it the third day because I got sick and couldn't hold down food or water. After I was prescribed Zofran for nausea I waited a day or two and tried the mixture again, this was Friday December 19th. Saturday December 20th at 4:30 in the morning I woke up to use the restroom. When I whipped there was a bright red blood clot on the toilet paper and another in the toilet.
m 29 weeks and I drink a lot of Orange juice about every other day I stop by jamba juice to get freshly squeezed orange juice (too lazy to make my own so early in the morning) but my baby is doing great nothing wrong so far.. I actually heard it's good from so many people better than buying it from a bottle because that has so much sugar than it being fresh..
You can drink Aloe Juice or take Colace. Aloe juice has no taste you can put an oz in your orange juice, or apple, whatever. It is safe and will help lower high blood pressure and will help prevent against gestational diabetes. Colace is a stool softener, I tried it with my first pregnancy and it didn't work well for Me. But each person and each pregnancy is different. I hope that this information helps you.
Yes it's a liquid that you take a tsp a day of while in your third trimester and for the next 18 mths if you nurse that long.
s DHA Oil,Vit E oil, Vit B6, probiotic powder, and a little bit of protein powder, mixed with a few frozen strawberries, a few slices of banana and a 2 oz orange juice. I make this smoothie in the morning, use half of it to make 2 popsicles and split the rest between my two kids. They drink the smoothie in the morning, and eat the popsicle after school. The Udo's oil has helped reduce their cravings for junk and sweets, and actually increased their appetite for vegetables too.
