when playing golf I have difficulty in judging how far away a target is. It consistently appears to me to further away than it is. Are there any eye exercises that I could do?
I have a stent since 8 June, 2011. When Am I allowed to play golf ? my heart performance and physical condition are already excellent, so the question is more related to the swing, i.e. is there any negative influence resulting from the impact of the club face to the ball, or from the rotation of the body. My drive length is between 240 and 270 yards.
I play a lot of golf and am now experiecing the loss of flexability in the last joint of my left thumb, this thumb supports the golf club during the swing. Also, there was slight tingling sensation above the elbow in the left arm, it has since subsided. What can be the cause of this loss of flexability and what can be done to help prevent it from reoccuring?
I am in my late 40's and have been diagnosed with Vitreal Tears in both eyes. I am have new floaters and seeing light flashes. I am an avid golfer and wondering if I should avoid my golfing until this heals. In addition wondering if the swing, keeping my eyes on the ball, or anything related to golf could have contributed in some way to this condition (I've not been hit the head by a ball or a club...or recall any kind of blunt trauma).

I have battled this problem for many years. I play golf and it is really working on my game now. Some days I cannot make a turn when I swing the club. My question is this. How dangerous is a cortisone shot? I cannot take the Advil's or Alvie's because I have had problems with pain in my stomach when I take them. They also raise my blood pressure. I have tried taking them with food, taking anti-acids with them and still same thing.

Okay so my current prenatal vitamin does not have Dha in it...is it possible for me to take a Dha vitamin in conjunction with my prenatal vitamin?...if so what is a good brand to take?

My mom (60 years of age) recently had cataract removal surgery in both her eyes from a well known hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. The surgery was phacoemulsification process and hardly took 5 min .Both the procedures were done with a gap of 1 week. The left eye seems to have recovered okay, but its the right eye which is casuing some probels. Its been more than 6 weeks now. She has no sign of infection, redness/swelling/pain etc.
