i started use Desogestrel in december at start when my period came was all fine period was gone after 4 days. january 4th started some lil bleeding and spotting and didnt stopped ever since. like 3 weeks ago i went to my doctor she said lets change to Slynd . but i am still spotting sometimes more sometimes less. my question is if i take a 1 week brake and resume taking pills will stop the spotting ?
we had sex about a week after i changed my pill to the desogestrel pill.
hi, i am taking ethinylestradiol/desogestrel richter 0.02 mg/0.15 mg, and i was supposed to start my 7 day pill free yesterday, but i forgot to, instead i started with my next strip of pill yesterday.. what should i suppose to do? should i stop taking the pill for the next 6 days and i will have my period in days or should i continue taking the pill for another 20 days?
I have never been diagnosed with PCOS, STD, or endometriosis, but I have had A LOT of miscellaneous reproductive organ related issues and lots of migraines.
Three months ago I was switched by my OBGYN to the oral contraceptive pill Loestrin ( a combination of norethindrone acetate and ethinyl estradiol).
Now since 2 weeks I also have mucus in my stool and I get very worried. I also take thyroid medication for Hashimoto and Desogestrel all the time for the Endometriosis. It would be great if anyone could help me. I went by the doctor already though they tell me to just eat healthy, which I do since 7 years now.
Would Mircette be an option with desogestrel being less angrogenic? Also, any experience with prescribed HALF tab of OC? (ie. instead of Loestrin 1/20.. use 0.5/10 for hormonal imbalance?) Just concerned about initial breakout.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 15. I've been having really bad pains that come and go at the bottom of my abdomen. The doctor said that there is nothing I can do about it apart from taking strong painkillers. The dr. has suggestes to take Naproxen but unfortunatly, I get really bad stomach ache when taking Naproxen. Does anyone know any tips that could help me to get rid of the horrible pain and any tips for weight loss with PCOS?
I m 28, HV pcos since last 10 yes..HV periods only on medications(asmita).m really confused will I ever conceive, can clomid work in my case...pls do advice.

Hello everyone, i want knw if this issue of pcos is the reason behind my left lower abdominal pain. I went to hv an ultrasound and nothing was found there. My doc said its bcoz i dnt hv my period every month.
I have pcos and I'm trying to conceive, I have been taking metformin but currently stopped. I ran out. I hope to start up again within a week. After taking it for a month I finally got a period. No spotting for days before or after. It was perfect. My breast even got sore! She did a blood test and it was negative and she is still entertaining you are pregnant? With pcos, long cycles are the norm. Changing cycles with pcos are the norm. 11 days is not that late. I'm surprised she is still wondering if you are pregnant.
