we had sex about a week after i changed my pill to the desogestrel pill.
15 mg, and i was supposed to start my 7 day pill free yesterday, but i forgot to, instead i started with my next strip of pill yesterday.. what should i suppose to do? should i stop taking the pill for the next 6 days and i will have my period in days or should i continue taking the pill for another 20 days?
i started use Desogestrel in december at start when my period came was all fine period was gone after 4 days. january 4th started some lil bleeding and spotting and didnt stopped ever since. like 3 weeks ago i went to my doctor she said lets change to Slynd . but i am still spotting sometimes more sometimes less. my question is if i take a 1 week brake and resume taking pills will stop the spotting ?

First of all I'm so sorry that you have chronic migraine and are unable to take triptans! These are a godsend for shortening my own migraines. I'm also working in a science related field and it's shocking how little research has been done to understand the cause(s) of migraines, there are lots of contradictory reports on the effect of hormones on migraines.

Now since 2 weeks I also have mucus in my stool and I get very worried. I also take thyroid medication for Hashimoto and Desogestrel all the time for the Endometriosis. It would be great if anyone could help me. I went by the doctor already though they tell me to just eat healthy, which I do since 7 years now.
Would Mircette be an option with desogestrel being less angrogenic? Also, any experience with prescribed HALF tab of OC? (ie. instead of Loestrin 1/20.. use 0.5/10 for hormonal imbalance?) Just concerned about initial breakout.

So i'm on the pill (yasmin) but i'm not very faithful to taking it on time. If I forget a day I just double up the next day.
This month, i've had what felt like ovulation cramps (even though you aren't supposed to ovulate) around the time I would normally have them without the pill. I've experienced nausea and cold symptoms these past two weeks after supposed ovulation... Now, today my period is due because I stopped taking my pill 3 days ago to start the sugar pill week.
I have been on a progesterone only pill (microlut) for a week, and have started having constant bleeding and alot of uterine cramping, I had this when I had an implanon a few years ago and had it taken out. My GP refuses to prescribe me monofeme which I was previously on as I get migraines. It seems progesterone only options arent for me, and I cant be prescribed combined... what are my options?!

I have been placed on the BCP Apri (ethinyl estradiol/desogestrel) for the past 3 months and instructed to take only the active pills/skipping the inactive, this way I will not have a menstrual cycle to aid in alleviating the pain. So far, the pain has subsided, I am no longer experiencing pain at a 10 but more so on a 1.

Ive been having the period for the last three months and every month before that, my period would last about a week. The last few months its been lasting only three days, not heavy and the end day usually a brownish red color? What could this mean? If it helps, my husband and i have dont use protection but we pull out. I didnt know what other topic to post this under.
Also I suggest going on the pill and carrying condoms - It doesnt make you a sl*g or anything if YOU carry them around with you. Or just dont have sex.
One day only am I visiting this site. I fell back into the easy pill popping method of managing headaches. I've been here before, I know the ****** routine. I sit here on day 4 of cold turkey......knowing I will not beat myself up over this beyond this afternoon.
I say one day only because of the fact that will move on. Smarter, more vigilant in my determination to just cry out those headaches, vomiting......
I'm back already to my previous holistic methods of management.
