Avatar m tn music is good, playing and listening but it appears that you maybe missing the social contact with others. Do you play the guitar with friends or even messing around in a band of sorts?? Avatar f tn But after a while even if your not up for it try to go out with your husband or with your friends, sometimes distracting yourself and trying to move forward is the best medicine. I know you will never forget but its not about forgetting its about learning to cope and to move forward just like your baby would want you to.
Avatar f tn It sounds like you did the best you could to cope with the change in your life. Did your children help you in dealing with your grief? Did you have any close friends you were able to talk to? It's so easy to look back and see all the things we 'should have done', but you were in a distraught frame of mind so don't beat yourself up over the decisions you made since there's no changing them now! :-) All you can do is move forward....
Avatar f tn It's hard I've been with my bf for 4 years and dealing with it sucked I lost all sense of myself and fell into depression the best thing to do is be strong and do what's best for you or you will always have that anger towards him and hate yourself.

Avatar m tn I am also Bipolar, many meds prescribed for this dis-order have marked sedative effect. In my case I was prescribed an anti-psychotic and a mood stablizer I had trouble staying awake. the only person qualified to answer your question is your doctor, Bi-polar is a serious condition, what works for me may be useless to others. See your new Psych as soon as possible as any advice you may receive in on-line forums will be subjective, sorry no easy answers, see your Doc ASAP.
Avatar f tn Just like falling in love takes time so does dealing with a passing of a loved one.Just opposite ways of feeling.Love and loss, two parts of life that both hurt. For loving anyone or anything, such as a pet can lead to pain. All feelings lead to pain and despair, eventually. So do we stop feeling, stop loving, stop caring,no we just learn to adjust to our new lives without that loved one that pet, that friend.whom ever.Death ends a life, not a relationship.

Avatar f tn you have reached the breaking point it seems of dealing with these irrational thoughts. Not letting go is the hallmark of OCD. We can torture ourselves forever it seems all due to a pesky neurotransmitter imbalance in our brains. Time to see a psychologist. You need to learn cognitive behavioral therapy. Is seeing a psychologist a possibility for you?

If you are in close contact with death, you will stop fearing of death. This closeness can be achieved by meditating on death, rehearsing the our death scenerio and seeing our body burning on the pyre. If one does this type of meditation, one is free from the fear of death....... I am pasting the post Entire water of sea can't sink a ship, unless it enters the ship.

1356959 tn?1488975948 Shut off our phones and mourned our babies death. We went to this nice winery with a beautiful river that ran by it and at sunset picked a flower for every week of our babies life with us in my belly and sent them down the river with thoughts and prayers of that journey. I don't know if it will help you but it at least gave me some closure. It's such a hard thing to go threw. I understand.
