I have been kind of keeping track and every year, for the last 3 years, I have gotten an itchy scalp that feels a lot like a normal dry scalp in the month of July and lasts until about March the next year. My 8 year old has a severe itching scalp but no lice, dandruff or obvious scalp condition. I've used Head and Shoulders dry scalp care and the shampoo with coal tar but nothing helps. Could it be neurological or pyscological? Thanks.
