At S-1: There is mild dessication and disc space narrowing. There is disc extrusion with inferior migration of a sequestered fragment that measures 7 mm. The fragment is slightly to the left of midline & contacts the thecal sac and exiting S-1 nerve root.

My TT surgery was in Apr 08, since then I sometimes felt tired, or stomach ache, feeling like diarrhia, but it's not diahrea,more like stomach cramps. all these came and go, Lately I felt dizzy, right now felt nausea accompany by stomach ache.
Are all these symptoms related to thyroid? or something else.
On Apr 11 I gave unprotected oral (short time, no ejaculation) to another man & had protected anal. The very next day I developed a sore throat, extreme fatigue and body pains which are now into it's 6 th week. At 3rd week I was tested fir HIV and all Stds. HIV neg but pos for herpes2. Doc said not the cause of current illness. Into 6th week now, what should I do? Can this be HIV?
I don't know how to articulate this. I don't even know how to deal with this situation.
I spoke to my GP earlier. He's at a complete loss. He said he spoke with the Director of Mental Health.
Our mhs is severely under-resourced. Unless someone's in crisis they won't help.
My GP recommended I didn't pre-empt that. I feel like I've been existing there for a long time now though.
At times, I feel things are pretty bad and I don't think I'm coping.
On 4/27/09, I got my result back and it showed Chlamydia positive based on my blood sample (urine was not used in testing for Chlamydia). He prescribed me with Doxycycline Hyclate 100mg for 7 days (twice daily) and on the same day I asked my recent past and current sex partners to get tested. I finished my medication on 5/4/09.
However, my most recent past and current sex partners with whom I had unprotected sex were all tested negative for Chlamydia.
