sorry for the lengthy run together of the report.My EP Dr.came in told me he didn't have my Echo results back but they were all normal I told him I picked up a copy of the results from medical records and what the conclusion was he said I haven't seen them but your heart is fine..When I asked him about Preserved LVSF he brushed it off and told me he didn't know what I read but preserved was good..I asked him what the numbers meant he said don't worry your fine.

Hi! USUALLY contractions cause dilation. That is most commonly the way it works, although some people can dilate without contractions, and others won't dilate even with the strongest contractions. The nifedical should slow down the contractions, or at least make them milder. It may give you headaches or make you retain water. Depending on how far along you are though, it could be pretty important to keep them stopped, so follow your doctor's good advice. Congratulations in advance.

Yeah, going to the hospital and getting a tour and asking all those questions to see if what you want in your birth plan are available is defiantly the right thing to do. Our birth plan changed based on what the hospital had (changed for the better that is). When you tour and ask what things are available to mothers during the birthing process you might hear of things you wouldn't have thought to put.

I took a look at the image CD myself and noticed some issues with the final report, worksheet and the actual images. On the images, the left thyroid has a measurement tool highlighting the nodule. It shows 10mm x 5mm and another image showing the height of 7mm. So I would expect 10mm x 5mm x 7mm, but the final report says 8mm x 7mm x 5mm, which I don't see anywhere in the images.

I went by my pcp's ofc after my son called me & said to go see Carolyn before 4... It sounds like a reasonable amount of time... In all honesty...i wouldnt make a date for sure..not something that can't be changed. Your not going to know for sure yourself until the day of. It gives me space to write what my feelings are about each option, and covers a lot more then what I wrote above. Just remember your birthplan is going to be a guideline for them to follow your wishes. It's not a contract for you or them.

I have a second grader that can't seem to keep focused at school he sits in the front row and the teacher constantly has to make sure he is following along with the rest of the class and usually he's not he's somewhere else on the page, they do one side of a worksheet together as a class, but he just cannot follow along. I know it isn't ADHD because he can sit still and he isn't disruptive. WHat else can we do.

He is very smart, and likes to learn but when the teacher hands him a worksheet, he looks at them and gets overwhelmed. You really don't ever have to count. Baby will sleep and move as they please but you should feel baby a few times a day. Its when you don't feel baby for a long time that you should drink cold juice, lie down with hand on tummy, and count to make sure you feel them about 10 times in 2 hours.

I just read some question about not using condom but using lubricant and they just replied that lubricants are also safe to use to reduce the risk of HIV ? is it true ? what kind of lubricant should be used if above is true ? .. Actually I didn't see the lubricant..but I think it was white color. What are my chances of getting expolsed to virus ? Please help, Jeff.

So I've been timing my contractions for the last while and they are about 60 seconds long 5 - 7 minutes apart. I expected them to be more painful though? And now my little guy has the hiccups. Did anyone else have these kind of contractions? They are tightening with back and abdominal pain. Even when I adjust positions they are continuing.

This may not be the case if you do not ahve a high pain tolerance and especially with your first as you will not know what to expect. But no matter what when your contractions have picked up speed and not gone away for SEVERAL hours and your demenor is as described then it is time to go to the hospital. If you think you might be having contractions or braxton hicks contractions take this time to think about them and practice for labor.
