The RCA is being pinched between ascending and pulmonary outflow tract narrowing (stenosis) the passage of blood to about 25%. I don't know the prognosis of the anomaly, but 25% passage of blood though the pinched vessel may not be a critical, but it can cause problems to watch out for.
It can happen as a stenosis creates turbulence at distal side of the stenosis that can form blood clots or cause plaque ruptures that result in strokes.

It feels like the passage has narrowed or something as I seem to feel the matter passing through. It felt like labour contractions this morning which I had to try to use to push the BM out. It doesn't help that I now also have horrible menstrual cramps too. I'm scared about how long this will continue and whether something more nasty is occurring.
Did this happen to anyone else?

When I was 29 weeks I had what felt like a pulled muscle turns out I was having contractions and dialating. Luckily because I went they were able to stop it. Better safe than sorry because you just never know.
With regards to endometriosis we have been asked to look into cases where osteopaths (or possibly other manual therapists such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, etc) have been able to help treat/relieve pain or other symptoms linked to endometriosis. I thought asking real people might be more useful than reading trawling through medical journals and text books!
I have been reading different conflicting information regarding HSV and its viability on surfaces outside of the body. If you bit onto a food item . Let sit out for awhile can the next person coming to eat that thing get infected ?
I was in church sunday morning translating the morning service from spanish to english, i remember reading the bible passage and then I don't remember anything from then until 6pm. that evening, According to my husband and others at church, they said i translated the message fine, they didn't see anything unusual.
With back labour the contractions feel very different and radiate from your back and there is a lot of pressure on your back passage. With my second I was very nervous as the midwife told me she was back to back a few weeks before I was due, however knowing in advance like you do, with exercises and laying on my left etc she did turn and labour was easier. Good luck and try not to worry just keep at the things to help reposition little one.
I was reading a lot of posts but they were from 2006 so I am wondering if there is anyone out there that absolutely cannot keep their eyes open???? I don't believe it is from any sleep issue and my eye exams are fine so my thought is that it is because something might be wrong with my sinuses. I have had this problem since I was a kid but it has so dramatically gotten worse that I am scared to drive, and I am even having hard time writing this now.
Is there a nurse or doctor reading this forum? Please, somebody at least direct me, if I'm lost in this forum.
For 8 days now I have had this constant smell of cigarette smoke in my nasel passage. I went out last Sat. night with some girlfriends & they were all smoking (at her house, &in her truck) I do not smoke nor does anyone in my family) Since then I can not get this smell out of my noise. I have read some other people's messages & I can not believe other people have experienced the same thing. I do beleive it could have something to do with stress/ anxiety.
