612551 tn?1450022175 I use to take Plavix (Clopidogrel as clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate). It likes the blood thinner as you described above. No need blood test and it won't cause excessive bleeding. It has been approved in Australia for a while. It comes with clopidogrel 75mg 28 tablets in a box. Cost AUD $82.79 for no medicare patient. I have been diagnosed TIA. I also have a history of low platelets (ITP) so I can't take Warfarin nor Aspirin. The neurologist prescribed this Plavix for me.

Avatar m tn Some bacteria change calcium sulfate, the major component of wallboard, into hydrogen sulfide. If construction and demolition debris contain large quantities of wallboard, large amounts of hydrogen sulfide can be formed. Production is greatest when the wallboard is finely crushed and when there is little oxygen, such as when the debris is buried and soaked with water.
Avatar m tn I didn't always have this issue, but for sometime when my flatus has a strong sulphur odor, my head fills with pain as soon as I inhale it. It is just weird. The smell is already unpleasant, but I don't get the headache part. It is not the releasing of it, but the actual smelling or inhaling of it. I'm guessing that it either has something to do with hydrogen sulphide rich flatus as that gas is poisonous at high level, or it is just a psychological reaction.
Avatar n tn Dilute rubbing alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide and do a wash with that (pat dry). You could try some topical zinc sulfate cream (a bit messy unless you are shaved). Or you could try to change up your diet and see if that helps (i.e. try some apple cider vinegar drinks, take coconut oil, plenty of fresh veggies, etc.
Avatar n tn I am presently using Advair 2x day and an albuterol sulfate inhaler several times daily. I have believe I also have thrush. This has been going on for since October of 2007. Besides the inhalers my Dr. treated me for thrush a couple of months ago. He has referred me to a Pulminologist who has had me do breathing tests and a CT scan. I go in soon for the results.

Avatar n tn Some people can smell hydrogen sulfide at very low levels, as low as 0.5 parts per billion (ppb) in air. Most hydrogen sulfide in the air comes from natural sources. It is produced when bacteria break down plant and animal material, often in stagnant waters with low oxygen content such as bogs and swamps. Volcanoes, hot springs and underwater thermal vents also release hydrogen sulfide.
Avatar n tn Sancheti did her Xrays and did physiotherapy (e-massage and some exercises) for 1 week and then had given some tablets and also asked her to continue exercises. She took the course of tablets for 4 months, it did not help though we saw some minor improvement. We discontinued it and then tried few Ayurvedic doc recommended stuff for 6 months. That also seemed to have helped a little bit. Nothing has helped to a major extent.

Avatar m tn It can decompose urea to produce ammonia, and can also produce indole and hydrogen sulfide in the intestine. First of all, proteus can decompose urea to produce ammonia. We have all heard the smell of ammonia. The smell of urine in the toilet is the smell of ammonia. Therefore, the urine odor of PATM patients is produced by Proteus. In addition, proteus produces indole and hydrogen sulfide in our intestines. Indole is another name for faecal odor.

Avatar f tn You need to get a doctor's prescription for an albuterol sulfate emergency oinhaler and keep it with you at all times! Do this as of yesterday! Most asthma deaths take place with those who don't have chronic asthma. A cascade of events can take place and you may end up with a laryngospasm completly blocking your airway! If you have a friendly doctor he will prescribe you emergency prednisone (20 mg tablets), which takes a while to get into the system.
