it does sound like an infection, but in my opinion, it is too risky to give the baby the clindamycin w/ out taking him/her to the vet. Way too risky and clindamycin might not be the correct antibiotic for the kitten's problem. Please come back w/ an update. Wishing the best for the kitten.

Also, i use clindamycin phosphate lotion to prevent breakouts during the day. If i add this underneath the clindamycin, will it stop the clindamycin from working? Will the serum cause breakouts? It says it is for all skin types. Should i maybe use the hydrating complex after i use the clindamycin? I am 24 yr old female still experiencing some breakouts. I have not had any breakous for about 2 months since using clindamycin during the day, and sulfacetamide at night.

I have done that when mine was high and then gone back to regular dosing. I hope you find the problem quickly. Let us know what you find out if you feel it would be of help to others on this drug. BTW, I am doing better on 1/2 of a 25 mg. Atenolol at night and nothing thru the day. My heart rate is up a little and I am not used to that, so I'm feeling a little hyper.
