I get this strange taste in my mouth its kinda gross tasting then I get this dizzy feeling but im not really dizzy im more of the feeling that im walking around in a daze ..I went to ER already and they couldn't find anything wrong with me ..it sometimes lasts for a few minutes to several hours. I have found that biaxin is chemically different than azithromycin but biologically same at killing bacteria as azithromycin. A different doctor changed my prescription from Doxy to Clarithromycin, as I work outside but told her I am managing the sun well as I cover up thoroughly. Well I am not even working that much during meds as they drag me down so i can certainly get away with Doxy.

The blood test was positive and now I am under triple regimen ..(clarithromycin, amoxil, omeprazole) and am asked to take them for two weeks and after that go for another H pylori test which will most probably be negative. My bleeding has stopped since then (took lots of liquids so the stool is softer). My question is ... is just a blood test enough for H pylor or should i go for endoscopy or CT scan.
