Avatar f tn Well I'm a stay at home mom. But when my bf gets paid we pay rent and whatever other bills we have then I take 100$ and hide it in our savings and it isn't allowed to be touched. Then whatever extra we spend. We're still working on it being our money haha because I still feel uncomfortable asking for money or just taking it and buying something. Its weird we live together and been together for 4 years its just weird to me.
539750 tn?1226521677 I spent an hour on the phone with the bank to see if they could reinstate our account while they do their investigation, this is obviously fraud – plus I couldn’t be in two places at once. Avatar n tn Claritin and Clarinex (they work very differently) might help. Claritin makes me light headed for 30 minutes, raises blood pressure a little but wears off after a few hours. Clarinex works better for me, lasts 14 hours on me. Both are pretty weak for antihistamines. Other than this there is a couple more that use the same med as Claritin, so same effect pretty much. The other antihistamines usually cause drowsyness. Don't know of too many nasal sprays with out steroids.

1974758 tn?1330821166 You can ask the pharmacist what your savings discount is over the phone, by simply supplying the information on front of the card. The free discount prescription drug card we distribute saves up to 75% (on average 25% on brand-name drugs and 65% on generics). It can be the difference between someone in need filling a prescription or doing without. These savings are based on the fact that we have over 58,000 pharmacies processing millions of prescriptions annually.
Avatar f tn My mothers debit card and credit card was stolen and the bank and the credit card company returned her money. It's worth a shot. Hit some yard sales or thrift stores to find some more couches. Most of the time good furniture can be found for very low prices. Remember, think positive. 173145 tn?1301700850 ) but who would ever think they would need to start saving for that! So...we ended up buying my meds w/ our savings (we didnt have much in savings, had just bought a new house) and we put the rest on a 0% interest for 1 yr credit card. Also, by PIF at our clinic they give a 5% discount (ck your clinic if they might offer something like that). Then my paycheck for the next year went to pay off that credit card (I was then planning on staying home after baby, so this got us prepped!
172023 tn?1334672284 ------------- -The biggest savings is buying things with cash or a debit card. We never, ever violate this important rule. We do have one credit card with a zero balance, and it lives locked away in my locker at work, for emergencies such as vet bills. This saves a tremendous amount in charges that inevitably accompany using a credit card frequently. -We never let our bank balance get below $100-$200. This will help avoid overdraft fees.

Avatar f tn I agree with teenmom. He may see this as his last chance to do a big trip with just the two of you. I dont think men sense things the way we do. I think women are more of the planners while men do things more "whatever". My husband is also the spontaneous one in our relationship. He is also the one that almost always says yes to our daughter when I'm the one that says no. Believe me, it is extremely frustrating.
702707 tn?1228703861 Continued............$550. So for them it dropped it like a hundred bucks. I honestly think that any pharmacy that gives you a big discount like that is probably highly overpriced to begin with. The places I go are pretty cheap and I've only gotten a discount of a few bucks. The place I currently go to gives me like a $3-$6 discount on 30 pills. When I went to Walmart they gave me $10 off. It depends on what you're buying, how much, and where.
Avatar f tn my mom has been experiencing this weird outbreak of hives all over her body, and when she has an outbreak it seems to cause severe joint pain, but not in the same joints it kinda travels around.she has been to an allergist but they put her on predisone and clarinex and zantec but as soon as the pred. is done the rash seems to rehash and the clarinex and othe meds seem not to help at all.
Avatar f tn So my bf of 4 yrs and I are on our 2 baby. I'm 37w now and we were going to go to the store to buy some stuff for my baby shower on Saturday. And when we get to the store he says you better check the card balance and I said why I haven't spent anything we should have 200 on there. He said he tried to use it and it declined. Well guess what I checked and he had spent all of it with his friends the other day and didn't say crap. Mind you I'm the one working he don't.

Avatar f tn Her OB and PCP told her that taking her clarinex was OK. She is miserable without it and right now has a wicked cold. I have been reading now that clarinex is OK to take and other sites saying it is not OK. She is 21 weeks right now. Why would they say it is OK if it isn't? Thanks for any info.
Avatar m tn In the meantime, i have switched allergy medication from Clarinex to Xyzal, which may also be helping a little. I now take the allergy medication before bed whereas before, I had been taking Clarinex in the mornings. I notice that the problem of too much mucus seems less prevalent in the mornings upon waking up. It worsens in the afternoon and evening, especially after meals. Again, thank you for your input, Dr. Rajput.
