Hi. Im jason 27 male. im having bowel with whitish/yellow bits like fat in my poop. It actually looks like corn at first glance. Im having this for a month. Last 2 months i had a vad watery green diarrhea for 3 days. My MD prescribe ciprofloxacin and metronidazole. Please help.im having anxiety thinking of it .can i send pictures? Thankyou very much!!
I don't know if I have Trich or not but I was wondering if taking Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2x daily would cure it?
No doctor has been able to answer my questions about the following symptoms I am about to describe.
17 year old male. On August 1st I received oral sex from someone who has never been sexually active (and I also hadn't been sexually active before then). Around August 13th started getting a mild irritation around tip of penis which doc said was due to drying out from accutane, which I started taking in mid-july for my acne.
The first couple of months of my pregnancy I couldn't get enough dairy but then dairy would cause vomiting almost immediately after consumption. I am six months now and am very limited on dairy. I was at the doctors today and he said a lot of pregnant women go through this and to make sure to get calcium by other means.
Is it weird that dairy products are the only thing I can seem to consume without feeling bloated, nauseous, and or groggy?
I was tested in the beginning for UTI, the doctor said it might be preventing itself differently, and the dipstick came back positive (highly unreliable) and the culture came back negative. So I was put on ciprofloxacin for 5 days and I seemed to feel a bit better for a week I didnt really have a problem after that. Then it started up again with the tightening of the stomach muscles and nausea. I seem to have difficulty swallowing as well, but not all the time.

It is difficult to say if they are due to the underlying disease or due to ciprofloxacin. You should consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and diagnosis.
Ok. Thanks you've reassured me. Anyways which antibiotics were given to you. I had been to the gastroenterologist two days back and he suggested me to have the fecal blood occult and prescribed those medicines to me : Duspatalin 200 mg and Flagyl 250 mg but till now no effect...Tomorrow i have an appointment with my GI.
Omg me! I've never had a problem with dairy. With my other three kids I was fine with it but for some reason I get really nauseous and an ugly taste with even a little dairy.
you get about 10 bouts of diarrhea a day and bad cramps etc. It usually develops within 2 months of taking Ciprofloxacin, Clindamycin and some other drugs. You may want to try to eat two yogurts day to start (that have live bacteria such as bifidobacteria or Lactobacillus sp.). You can order some probiotics or get them but eat the yogurt in the meantime to get your intestines repopulated.

I had unprotected exposure in Dec 2013, but all tests are negative except bacterial infection on penis. And also I was on antibiotics from last 10 days amoxicillin+Ciprofloxacin from 22_31 March , Just after 2 day of finishing prescription I developed these rashes. Please help me can it be any STD, I just feel very mild burning,irritation only.

I have been a vegetarian for over a decade. I eat eggs about once a week. I don't drink a lot of milk but do have cheese almost daily. For the past month I've been cutting back on sugar, cheese, eggs, alcohol and caffeine. I haven't had any of those in the past week and a half with the exception of limited sugar and caffeine. Monday I got a really bad headache with nausea for a few hours and in the past few days I've been experiencing depression.
