I just wanted to find out if ciprofloxacin can treat gonorhea. I had a discharge on my penis and was prescribed cipro for five days. After taking this for 2 days the discharge stopped and after finishing the course even the pain disappeared. My fear is that the infection might reoccure since im told cipro is not the best treatment for sti.
