treated with CiproDex otic solution,no response, another round of CiproDex this time combined with Azithromycin. Left eyelid started twitching few days after ear infection/CiproDex treatment. Gradually, I started having tingling in my legs. Also had three panic attacks with heart beat +180 bpm. diagnosed with borderline hyperthyroidism (TSH 0.32 and FT4 24) and all symptoms were attributed to thyroid problem. The thyroid is back to normal now without any thyroid meds.
I have had for the last 5 months, fluid leaking from ear, A thick yellow sometimes clear puss like fluid, Cause? Infection, I was prescribed ciprodex a week ago, Im suppose to take it for 14 days and then get surgery to patch a hole in my left ear.
The fluid is still leaking, all the time, How can the medication work if my ears wont stay dry? The fluid is probably blocking the medication from actually working.
I just had tubes put in both ears 6 days ago. I got the flu and had both ears infected. The pressure and pain is gone, but now I'm talks by ina tunnel and my hearing is diminished. I think I'm draining, because when I use my ciprodex drops...I swear I taste it in the back of my throat. How lucky big is this gonna last? Will my hearing go back to normal? Will the tunnel in my head stop?
Hey! So this all started about two months ago when I decided it would be a good idea to self-irrigate my ear after experiencing a lot of wax. I got a syringe and some warm water and just started blasting into my right ear canal. It didn't end up being successful as the wax never actually did come out, but I then started having earaches that have never fully healed. I've been to the doctor 4 times since then.
Hey all, i had gonorrhea and got ciprodex and doxy. I noticed that my sperm is really watery and see-thru and my balls warms since then. Is it normal? Any chance i still have the gonorreah/some other infection?
If you look at the label on cough syrup for children, even those typically recommend for age 6 and up (at least the brands I have seen.)
When my 2 1/2 year old has a cold with a cough I give him milk slightly warmed with honey in it. I have also given him a teaspoon of honey on it's own. It works extremely well.

ciprodex,ofloxacin,elatrolet,toviaz,spasmex,sedural,sodium bi carbonate . Non of these drugs helped my or eased my symptoms. In addition, I went through 10 acupuncture sessions without any improvement. Drinking ample amounts of water, parsley tea and cranberry juice showed no change as well. Nothing seems to help. I don't know how to carry on from this point on, my quality of life has been impaired to a point where I can no longer recall the feeling of being well.
i just discovered i have been giving my 41 year old daughter twice the amount of NEUTRA-PHOS-K powder as prescribed.....(the mgram amount is not listed on the packets) the prescribed dosage is one packet twice daily and i have been giving her 2 packets twice daily for about 2 weeks.....is she in any danger if i just go back to the prescribed dosage right now ?...

My 11 year old son is currently taking Dexadrine. He has slowly increased to 20 mg in the morning. His teacher and myself (my son too) have noticed a postitive change in his work output at school and during homework sessions. Two of the side effects are of great concern to me. My son can't sleep until well after 10:30 pm. (we are trying Melatonin, but haven't found the right dosage). The other side effect that is most troubling is the loss of appetite.
t able to see my eardrum because there was so much drainage. He put me on Ciprodex. Here I am, 5 days after all of this started, and my ear is still plugged!!! I don't expect miracles, but I was hoping the new drop would do something. Regardless of what they are treating any decrease in the dose of Abilify would lead to it being less effective so that should be discussed with a psychiatrist and as Tegretol (one of the names for the medication you are speaking of) that medication has a short half life (time it remains in the blood stream) so it can easily run out during the day and the dosage and titration and spacing of it should be discussed with a psychiatrist to prevent this from happenning.
If you feel at any time negative and/or harmful thoughts about your children, go to the hospital or call 911 okay? You emotionally abandoned your children by what you said. Do you know how that will affect a child?
Get some help now, if you can't take care of them and have no family, call child protective services until you can get healthy again. You might be able to fix the damage, but emotionally abusing a child is NEVER okay.
I have been having no lucky in the past year absorbing my thyroid (synthroid) medication. They now want me to go up on my dosage from 900mcg's to 1,800mcg's, and I heard that is a very lethal amount. My TSH level is over 100 and my T4 level is .3 I think. What about other thyroid medications like Armour or cytomel? Need your opinion!

Can someone help me with my dosage increases? Ok I just moved up from 37.5 to 50mcg of levothyroxine. I begin to feel heavy headed, depressed, hopeless, low tolerance, verrrrryyyyy emotional. Is this normal and does it go way? I have to get higher than 50 because my t4 at 37.5 mcg is .61 ( .60 - 1.8). I just need help in knowing how to raise my dosage and are these side effects normal. Yesterday I felt suicidal. But prior to my increase I felt just ok but not emotional. Thanks!
