I never heard of that who did u hear that from I ate ice cream all the time and still do almost every time the ice cream truck comes around and I'm 33 weeks pregnant it's too yummy to pass up

Would it be ok to have some cookie dough ice cream now im 37 weeks.
I tried to research it online and came up with some people saying ice cream is constipating and others saying that it's the opposite. And then there's the chocolate (although, I've heard there's very little real chocolate in things these days).
If the rest of my diet is covered with various forms of fiber and water, is it safe for me to get some ice cream?
Gah! I feel like a little kid asking something like this here.
When I eat ice cream from processed tubs or bars my stomach really hurts and I get gassy and my stool is really runny. When I eat ice cream from ice cream shoppes like soft serve it is not that bad and none of those symptoms really happen. It's weird because my family has a history of lactose intolerance and when I ask them If their stomach hurts from ice cream of all kinds they say yes. I only have it for more "real" ice cream.
my doctor said no soft serve ice cream. than my mom told me that the McDonald's she managed hadn't been cleaning the ice cream machine properly. well one day it broke so they opened it and there were magets all over the inside of it!!! So now I know why doc said no. she said to make sure If I do get it to make sure it's a clean place I trust.
I thought this was a common and normal reaction to cold food/drinks, though i do find i can eat a large amount of ice cream and nothing happens and other times i only get through the 2nd spoon and my throat and brain are screaming ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I do know a trick that makes the ahhhh pain go quicker, all you do is put your tongue upto the roof of your mouth, push and hold until it stops, it should only take a few seconds.

At the moment I'm living with my cousins, who I recently found out the they had hsv 1. Today, my cousin and I went out to Mc Donald's for some ice cream. We went through the drive through and got our ice cream through that. My cousin was the one driving so he was to one to hand me my ice cream. I touched his cold hand quickly and ate the Ice cream instantly.
Iv had the ice cream from McDonald's a few times and I'm 29weeks pregnant now and everything is fine.
