ciprodex

Avatar f tn I'm a 20 year old female, who has recently been put on cipralex for panic attacks and anxiety. About a week ago I came out in a strange red rash on my chest. I have also been experiencing blurring vision and lightheadedness several times a day. Usually when I wake up in the morning I have had quite bad headaches which usually pass within an hour of being awake. I'm worrying whether this could be the medication or something else. Should I go to a doctor or is it anxiety related?

Avatar m tn Since taking Cipralex 10mg daily for one month I have been having constant head pain. Not really a headache but a pain in my head. It will go around my ears, behind my eyes and into my neck. I have told my doctor and he just says not to worry about it but it is not getting better. Anyone else have these same side effects? Also I get pins and needles up and down my arms and legs would this be a side effect? Thanks in advance.

During this problem i started walk which increased the problem. However, during walk i feel very normal i.e. no painful burning sensation, i feel. Avatar f tn I was on Cipralex for a year since losing dad and losing my job. had bad anxiety and insomnia.
Avatar n tn I take both those meds and avoid all cold medicines and over the counter medications because they can interact with the cipralex and serequel. I always call my pharmacist and ask which medications could counteract with my anti depressants.
1267205 tn?1321117128 anxiety is a common denominator for all psych disorders. it's not specific to BP alone. Taking cipralex will do you good for a while but then it will drive you manic eventually. you said cipralex, is it the only drug you take or along with other meds ? because if you take mood stabilizers along with then perhaps it's safe. but i never heard someone with BP is prescribed an antidepressant only. cipralex is rather strong it's an SSRI.
Avatar m tn Then I was referred to a gastro specialist who gave me Lozal, cipralex 10mg, colofac, and to continue ciproxin for 3 days and after four days I had my endoscopy. I felt terrible due to cipralex and told the doctor who replaced cipralex ( after four days of me using it ) with lexotanil. And endoscopy result was stomach: mild to moderate erythema of fundus and atrum, bile reflux seen. Others were normal, conclusion: mild to moderate pan gastritis, bile reflux seen.

Avatar f tn Hello. I am a 19 year old active female and I am also feeling the chest tightness/pain, shortness of breath, and I am even having palpitations. Avatar m tn I have had head aches on cipralex, and when I drink some or even more then some drinks I get almost sick with a head ache. 1) are head aches common in taking anxiety drugs, 2) any way preventing the head aches. 3) dry mouth is that common with these drugs.
Avatar n tn I have been to the doctor to check my chest pain - via ECG and my ECG is normal. The doctor also did a thyroid test and it is normal. is this signs of anxiety disorder?
Avatar n tn I would give it some time. and don't keep checking your heart rate. Cipralex and this class of drugs are long acting and not something that would just drop your heart rate. But as your stress and anxiety decrease, your heart rate in the resting mode may go back to normal. A resting heart rate of 50 is in the normal range. You are on a low dose. Hope it helps your anxiety/panic. I have found that often anxiety takes a bit higher dose to really work well.
Avatar m tn I have been to the GP and a psychiatrist and have been on Cipralex, pristiq, zoloft and xanax, all with limited effects. I am yet to start CBT, as my shrink believes its better to find a medication that makes me feel somewhat better before starting that form of therapy. My anxiety usually peaks either when I am away from home (out of my routine) or when i am looking forward to something and as a result at greater fear of anxiety returning and ruining it.

Avatar f tn Hi, I started off with depression years ago. Then when the Cipralex stopped working, I realised with my doctor that it wasn't depression anymore, but bad anxiety. My doctor put me on 150mg of Effexor. That didn't help, if anything it got worse. For weeks I had this tightness in my chest. I was really stressed, couldn't deal with anything. One night the pain got really bad and wouldn't go away. I threw up a couple times and nothing made the pain go away.
Avatar n tn When I stopped, I was fine for six months but my depression suddenly started again. I restarted taking cipralex 10 mg one each night and I improved quickly. Now it is four years that I am taking it. I now want to stop it because I am having very decreased sixual drive. So my question is that, Will my sexual drive improve when I stop taking cipralex?
Avatar m tn Do i need to worry about these two pimples, because i have recently also started anxiety medication, Xanax and Cipralex for my depression and anxiety issues, can these pimples on my upper arm related to that or is this a concern for me? I would really appreciate if you can please answer.
Avatar f tn I was on cipralex (lexapro in the US) for almost 3 years and initially experienced some dry mouth, but no extreme side effects at all. It worked amazingly for me. I started on 10mg and then doubled to 20mg after 1 year. I recently switched to Paxil about 1 month ago, and have really disliked the way it makes me feel. My anxiety has been much worse and the side effects are just awful. It has been so much worse than cipralex.
