I was on cipralex and Wellbutrin for 1 and a half years and then my doc switched me to Effexor for a year which caused more side effects than anything so iv been back on cipralex for about a week, I guess we will see how that goes.

The tips of the tonsil is 5mm below the formen magnum. No mass effect is seen on the Brain stem.

I have had head aches on cipralex, and when I drink some or even more then some drinks I get almost sick with a head ache. 1) are head aches common in taking anxiety drugs, 2) any way preventing the head aches. 3) dry mouth is that common with these drugs.

iv been on cipralex 5mg for 10 days now 10mg for 13 days i am feeling weak nautious burning sensation and pressure in the the head not feeling my self feeling deattattched from my body . it is unbear able some times a feeling of loosing control alot of tention grinding my teeth ringing in the ears and head my doc told me to up my dose to cipralex 20mg but i am afraid it will make it worse. and the side affects will be a big problem.

I have told my doctor and he just says not to worry about it but it is not getting better. Anyone else have these same side effects? Also I get pins and needles up and down my arms and legs would this be a side effect? Thanks in advance.

I had a an occupational exposure to blood at work and have tested for HIV at 3 months and all were negative. On my last test I keep replaying the whole situation in my head over and over again and keep thinking or some reason that the nurse wanted to infect me. My doctor said this is irational thinking and I agree but can keep the though out of my head. He put me on Cipralex and It has been three weeks.

25mg rivotril 2 times since one week and also taking bisoprolol (beta blocker) 5mg for my blood pressure. Please someone help me to desensitize this fear, if I am unable to remove the fear, my heart problems will be increase.

I take both those meds and avoid all cold medicines and over the counter medications because they can interact with the cipralex and serequel. I always call my pharmacist and ask which medications could counteract with my anti depressants.

ve reading about fibromyalgia and sensitivity and pain with clothes- but I am not sure if I fit that because it is the pressure- not pain. And it's only on the right side. My left is usually fine. And I am not sure if I have fibromyalgia. My doctor does not think I do, but she also hasn't tried any new tests, to rule out other things, either. Just repeats of the nerve conduction study, and blood tests. I'd really appreciate feedback.

anxiety is a common denominator for all psych disorders. it's not specific to BP alone. Taking cipralex will do you good for a while but then it will drive you manic eventually. you said cipralex, is it the only drug you take or along with other meds ? because if you take mood stabilizers along with then perhaps it's safe. but i never heard someone with BP is prescribed an antidepressant only. cipralex is rather strong it's an SSRI.

My went to visit my doctor about my anxiety and sleeping issues and he has put me on Cipralex 10mg dosage a day and also prescribed me 50mg of trazodone to be taken at bedtime to help me sleep. Does anyone take these prescriptions? if so could I please get some feedback on them?

So do you think panic and fear can be an extra side effect of cipralex and i should increase the above doze of xanax.

Never been anxious in my life (am 41 now) except in May 2008 when I had to deal with my mother's cancer. That time my doctor prescribed cipralex for situational depression which i took for 2 years and a half, then I stopped it by tapering off for around 5 months.

I would give it some time. and don't keep checking your heart rate. Cipralex and this class of drugs are long acting and not something that would just drop your heart rate. But as your stress and anxiety decrease, your heart rate in the resting mode may go back to normal. A resting heart rate of 50 is in the normal range. You are on a low dose. muscles started to twitch and I started to feel tingling in my feet and palms. did some thorough blood tests and everything came out just fine except for an EBV infected from october (I had mono for 2 weeks and then all symptoms went away). was sent to a neurologist and he did an EMG test and everything was fine. he gave me cipralex to ease me up. I took it for 10 days and I stopped because I didn't like the idea of taking it. he told me I can stop it whenever I want. so I stopped.

i have been on alot of different meds and only a few didnt give me side affects! i was taking lyrica and cipralex, and also had been on fluoxetine, these are only 1s that agreed with me, i have an eptopic heart beat so alot of meds give me very fast heart palpatations.
