Have you thought about checking your Vitamin B12 levels. Low B12 can cause neuropathy in the extremities of hands/fingers and feet/toes.
Your thyroid labs actually look pretty good. I am a bit surprised by the suppressed TSH with about perfect Free T4, your Free T3 levels at 33% of the range is actually a bit low. which again makes me suspicious as to why the TSH is suppressed.
Do you have any other thyroid related symptoms?

I have had eczema all my life, and over the past year it became severely worse, I was seen on regular intervals by a dermatology specialist, and the eczema which was covering over 90% of my body has been kept at bay from several creams and 6 months on 60 mg ciclosporin tablets. I also had a patch test done and was told i am allergic to nickel.
I am still having check ups with my dermatologist every few months however, i wanted to get a second opinion on something in particular.
My husband has had cronic hives for the past 2 years - the only bloodwork that came back that was REALLY off was his high IgE levels - just re-checked and they are at 22,000. We have been seeing a Dr. at Mayo who has put him through 14 different medications. He's switching now to a shot - which is supposed to bring down the IgE levels depending on his level and his weight. I'm thinking it sounds that this is xolair. I have felt awful for some time now and seem to have so many thyroid symptoms. My levels of tSh have always been 1.2, 2.3... Last year I was feeling awful and it was up to 4.5. My doctor did not see this as a big deal. I am once again feeling INCREDIBLY anxious, not sleeping, hoarse, .... The list goes on... Went for bloodwork yesterday. TSH is 3.7 and Free T4 is 1.2. What does this mean? My mother had thyroid cancer a couple of years ago and had hers removed.
My hcg levels yesturday where 124 and when I I took the pregnancy test it said 1 - 2 weeks. I just took another Clear Blue now and it says 2 - 3 weeks. I take it that would mean my levels where going up. I know I have to wait till I have my bloods done tomorrow but I was thinking this is good sign. What do you think.
my levels are ast28 and alt is 21 was just taken off medcine after 2 months body had a complete breakdown of my platelets were down to 26,red and blood counts were also at a critcal levels my platets are now at 60 what do you think?
I have been on meds for 6 weeks now and just had blood work done. My TSH levels were at 23.1 and so they increased my meds to 150mcg daily. Is this normal??

Hi there. I had severe chest pains last week and was admitted to hospital. i was assured that at 38 years old and female, it would most likely be nothing too serious but 12 hours after the pains started a blood test revealed raised Toponin levels.. I had an angiogram which didn't reveal anything too serious, they said that the clot busting drugs must have flushed away the problem. However i am now on lots of tablets each day to prevent another clot forming.
Progesterone levels fluctuate so much, I honestly don't know. Are you looking for a result to show you ovulated? I am wondering if you are asking about hcg levels? I guess I am wondering what kind of info you are specifically looking for. Are you looking for confirmation of ovulation, or of pregnancy? Best of luck to you.

It doesn't suggest twins, but it doesn't preclude them either. You can't tell from hCG levels if it's a singleton or multiples.
Stress wouldn't effect the pregnancy hormone levels in your blood, they could be low because you might be a lot earlier than 4 weeks. Your doc should do a follow up blood test 48hrs later and the levels should double if all is good.
