Prior the the potential exposure, I was prescribed a topical nail fungus medication (ClearNails Pro) that is fat soluble and claims to penetrate to the nail bed. This medication contains a drug called ciclopirox which was recently discovered to kill hiv infected cells in vitro. The percentage of ciclopirox is 6 percent.
1. Since my fungal medication is fat soluble and contains ciclopirox, will it enter the blood stream in enough concentration to affect the accuracy of an hiv antibody test?

I am 43 years old and high school teacher, about 14 years, during a summer job I was spraying a white pigmented sanding lacquer and a white finish coat with lacquer retarder. t want to thin it out so much that you hit the nail bed. (blood and OUCH) Reducing the nail thickness will enable the cream/lotion/or paint on lacquer to saturate the nail better. This is not something I would advise on fingernails in fact its not something I'd advise at all under normal circumstances.
I had a vitrectomy for floaters recently and found that I have lacquer cracks through macula in my eye due to myopic degeneration during my 1 month check-up with no CNV, no bleeding etc. Surgeon told me that I am at risk of CNV and asked me to watch for any signs . Sounds like she had a lacquer crack with a resulting CNV and then Avastin injections to stop the bleeding. Depending on several factors, the damage to the retina may or may not be permanent. However I would suggest you get a second opinion as you seem a little in the dark here and it is not obvious from your post exactly what is going on here.
I was recently diagnosed with myopic degeneration in my right eye, and told that I have a lacquer crack in that eye. Its constantly waking him up in the middle of the night because he shoulder will start hurting and his hand go numb. Okay... I've hunted the web a thousand times over, and have not been able to come up with an answer....
This particular malady started life as what looked like a zit. I popped it, and it exploded into what looked like a simple bacterial infection. I treated it like any infected zit area (with neosporin and cleanliness), and it just got worse.
So i stratched my cornea with my finger nail ,went to eye specialists 2 times but they only give me eyedrops .including offlovid and salein and taurifam, it helps a little but after 2 weeks i still have blurry vision , I can only see clear within 1 meter ,beyond that things slightly get blurred and doubled .Can eye drops heal them ? My eye specialiat said my eye heal but it didnt seem like it .
The scalp should be washed with a mild normal shampoo as often as desired. Antidandruff shampoos containing antifungal agents such as ketoconazole or ciclopirox are sometimes helpful. Apart from that you need topical and oral antibiotics, antihistamines, oral steroids and topical tretinoin.
My sincere advice is to get it examined from a dermatologist.
I was diagnosed with Mayopic D with Lacquer crack one week ago because I had bleeding in my eye causing blurry and wavy center vision. Doctor put injection into my eye and I have follow-up in 4 weeks.
The bleeding happened 9 days ago and got injection 5 days later. But so far, I don’t see any improvement. I just wonder normally how soon it can start recovery. I guess this also case by case but any answer or hint would be very helpful. I am 40 years old for reference.

$50 Million, now that’s one Hell of a Price Tag just to get your ego stroked. I know they all do it but it has never interested me.
It is a very difficult problem to get rid of. My best suggestion would be a very good quality lip product such as "Sugar" to keep your lips moist and soft. Another thing that has work for some people is doing your nail with acrylic or silk wrap, making them less able to "pick" at your lips. Those are a bit expensive and you need to do them every two to three weeks, but it has worked well for some. Good luck to you.

I have had a rash on my chin (see picture) for about 5 months now. It started out on the right side of my chin. It would come and go randomly without treatment. About a year ago I had some seborrheic dermatitis around my nose and the derm prescribed me Ertaczo (an anti-fungal). That cleared up the rash right away. I went to my primary physician and showed him the rash on my chin mentioning that it looked similar to the rash I originally had around my nose.
