Have you ever had your Testosterone level checked? Normal T-levels result in good libido & normal semen volume, and the fact you say you have ED could be related to that as well. Ask your Dr.
well I have been on daily or semi daily Cialis and it helps with erection but not really with duration.I can really only sustain it for around 2 minutes. I don't consider myself terribly out of shape but I will def work on some cardio . I had heard there are breathing techniques to help but that could get tricky trying to practice that in the heat of the moment.

After having lost my left testicle due to complications of a vasectomy and having had numerous infections of the urinary tract, kidneys and testicles I have had problems with low testosterone levels. I lost the testicle a year after the vasectomy due to a staph infection and nearly died.

Also, what kind of physician would I see about this? A urologist? I've already seen a GP and an ED specialist (who was the Cialis prescriber) and neither of them mentioned low testosterone as a possible cause. Do I go back and specifically request a testosterone test?
It can be due to many causes like psychological fear, fear of non performance, ejaculation dysfunction which can be due to diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone, depression and neurological causes, smoking, muscle weakness, chronic use of cocaine, opioids and amphetamines, diabetes and hypertension.
My sincere advice would be to consult a urologist and get evaluated for these possibilities.

THE LEVEL WAS VERY LOW. I WAS PLACED ON TESTOSTERONE SHOTS EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR 3 MONTHS. THIS STILL DID NOT HELP. I AM A SMOKER. Wishbone, if the 20 mg Cialis failed you , then you might try going to the daily 5 mg . It should work for you on a consistent basis.. One thing to remember is that you must take it every day. Now , I need to ask if you have visited a urologist on this matter yet? If not I would suggest you do so..
Because if Cialis and other meds fail to work - there could be valve issues in the penis where they will not hold the blood to maintain the erection even with heavy arousalment.
Please help and guide how to overcome the problem of low sex desire due to diabetes type2? Some inject able like or some multivitamins containing zinc will be helpful?

My Endo wanted to MRI to make sure there is no prolactinoma, in MRI it came back with 6mm adenoma . She thinks my testosterone level is low because of high prolactin although it is not significantly high.
I had Neurosurgeon appointment on Friday , he thinks they should repeat prolactin couple of times before start bromocriptine as i have quite of side effects like headaches, all the time dizzy and fatigue.
