I was once given a 20mg Cialis pill by a friend and broke it in half. So I took around 10mg dosage. Well the Cialis is similar to a viagara. It's a 36hr time released Vasodilator that helps w blood flow to the penis. It doesn't help w/ increased libido but it helps the erection problems. It works and is not covered by my insurance so it's quite expensive.

PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are safe and very effective but results may vary. I've been taking Cialis for over a year with excellent results and no relevant side effects. I was diagnosed with secondary autoimmune adrenal insufficiency in December.
