Hi. So did you take the dose as prescribed by your doctor? That's within the range of dosing offered. But not likely where someone is started if you are new to it. Has it worked for you before? One of the biggest issues with it working properly is timing of sex. Too soon, won't work right. Too long after taking it, won't work right. Another way it is prescribed to help is to take a lower dose (often 2.5 mg) but every day at the same time each day.Then it is in your system.
I have been using Cialis 10mg every other day for almost 1 year over the past 3-6 months I have been having trouble reaching a climax. After checking up on my other medications (Nexium and Benazepril 5mg) I have come to a conculsion that the problem is being caused by Cialis.
Can you give me any supporting information?

I have read in a few websites that there is an increased risk of priapism in patients who take ED drugs like Cialis/Viagra/Levitra and who also have (among other conditions) Sickle Cell Disease and/or Beta Thalassemia.
It's not clear to me whether Beta Thalassemia Minor (my condition) also increases that risk.I could not find much information about it.
After a month he switch me to Cialis, then after month of taking cialis I decided to stop taking cialis because I was able to get erections on my own, but a few days ago I started having painful ejaculations.
Can somebody tell me what can I do to get rid of my problem? This problem is starting to kill my sexual life.
The urologists did a quick visual inspection of penis felt around and said it all looked good, and then just prescribed Cialis. I was frustrated with the doctors that they just prescribed the Cialis and could never tell me exactly what was causing the ED. That is why I got a few more opinions. I'm 33, slim, in decent health, not overweight at all, for about the past year or so, I've been experiencing some erectile dysfunction. Not entirely, but basically what happens is I can get an erection if I'm turned on or if it's been a while since I last ejaculated, but I have trouble maintaining the erection during sex. I notice that it might start out fine but then about half way in I'll get somewhat soft or even totally soft then get hard, and back again.

I wonder if the body gets used to the drugs and eventually they are not so effective, and then they should not be taken on a daily basis but used only when necessary. Your diabetes is a factor, also. I would advise you to work with a urologist, and if you have, go to another as a second opinion.

t touched his wife because he cannot get an erection, and he got the Cialis to see if it would make a difference, and it hasn't yet. It could also be for the other things Cialis is prescribed for. (It's not just for erectile dysfunction.) Good luck to her in figuring it out.
can I can Harvoni and use Cialis every now and then during my 3 month treatment period? I asked my doctor / specialist and he said "he found no interations". Does anyone have any information or insight into this?
PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) are safe and very effective but results may vary. I've been taking Cialis for over a year with excellent results and no relevant side effects. I also tried Levitra and it worked fine but Cialis is my favorite. Everyone is different, though: some men prefer Levitra, others prefer Cialis or Viagra.
