Officers later spotted the pickup driving on a busy road, with the stroller still in the back. Several other
drivers also called 911. Police caught up with the
truck and arrested Davis, and cited the driver for careless driving.
The baby was unharmed, but the prosecutor said he could have easily been injured or killed.
"A child, if seated in a car and not strapped in a car seat, that's a crime," said Assistant State Attorney Reginald Moore.
