t seem to quit for anything. Had been a 2 pack/day years ago. My dr perscribed me Chantix and I took and kept smoking, but the cravings got less and less until on Feb. 1, 2007 I took about 3 drags off a cig and put it out. That was the last one I had. Took the Chantix for a couple more weeks until the cravings were completely gone and I've been fine every since. You can take it up to 3 months.
Certainly it's better if you cut down on the cigarettes. Ask your OB or RE to prescribe Chantix for you. I hear it's ok to take during pregnancy and it really helps with trying to quit smoking.
Know you're not a lone if you can't quit, many women aren't able to completely quick during pregnancy and the baby turns out okay. I'm not endorsing it of course, just letting you know that you're not the only that's pregnant and could just cut back.
30 most days to go into work(1st job), and dont have a cigarette until noon. If I am at the 2nd job waking up at 3am, I can hold off until about 6am.
My triggers: after I eat(trying to break that one), while driving(work related(2nd job), reposes cars, so the "hunt" adds to the craving as well), after arguing with friends and strangers, when adrenaline is up, drinking, while working on vehicles, and I think that's it.
It could be the Chantix or if you are female it could be menopause : )

It IS from the Alli, have you read the pamplet that comes with the starter pack? it will explain it all. I had the same issue until I read the info packet. Fat is what you are referring to as the greesy orange stuff floating. Alli recommends not to consume more than 15grams of fat per meal.

I have tried cold turkey, Patches, gums and Chantix, they all didnt work for me, the Chantix put me in hospital and the doctors told me to stay away from them..
So I tried E-cigs, and now have been smoke free for 6 weeks, I started at 24mg Nicotine for the first few days, then found it too high for me, then went down to 12mg for the rest of the 6 weeks, now am dropping down to 5mg.
My ecig is the Joye Ego-T, which is larger than redbulls 510 in the above post.
