Hello you can increase your weight by increasing your daily caloric intake. Eat foods that are higher
in protein, fat and
carbohydrates such as pastas, fried foods, desserts, etc. to avoid having to eat so much to increase you caloric intake. Of course eating too much of any foods, such as fried etc. can place you at risk for additional problems like heart disease, and high blood pressure Be sure to eat potential problem causing foods in moderation.
