Heavy cream depending on the brand some have 0 carbs and some have 1 or 2 carbs. Now I assume you're not using the whole container! But if you make a little whip cream it's not a problem.
Hi everyone. Here's my situation: I work at the container docks in New Jersey, doing a physically demanding job called lashing. Suffice is to say that the work requires intense lifting, a good deal of climbing, and some very long hours (the hours vary greatly but generally I work two 22-hour shifts a week). So I tend to eat alot of food, usually not very healthy food, to keep my energy up during the course of the day.

I take metformin (1800mg) and yes it has helped with weight loss...but of course it works better with a low carb & sugar diet (less s/e). As with the facial hair, I haven't noticed a change yet... I've only been taking it for a few months (also took it for 3-4 months in 2007 to help conceive my ds) so maybe you need to take it for awhile before you notice a change?
Yesterday my morning BG was 92. I had very low carb meals with the daily total being 52 carbs. This morning my initial BG was 108 and I cant understand why, or what more I could do the keep this reading under 100. Any thoughts that could help me understand? Thanks so much.
about 3 months ago his stomach swelled and the swelling has not disappear since. we took him to the vet and took some x-rays and blood tests and it did not show anything. all blood counts where good. in the begging his stool was lose. But now it is all good again but his belly is still swollen. the vet said nothing needed to be dun. but i want the swellings to disappear.
Hello - I had two embryos frozen and when going in for an FET, we were told that one of the embryos was not "recovered." Basically, the center indicated that the container that the embryo had been placed in had cracked during the freezing/thawing process thereby allowng the embryo to escape. We were told that this happened in 5 to 10% of embryos that had reached the blastocyst stage. Anyone ever heard of this? This was news to us. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I do it as needed. If I go out I take a few bottles of water and a small container of formula. U usually take a few bottles in case I'm not able to rinse them right away for the next bottle.

Back in July I started feeding them twice a day, i was just putting food in a large container and they ate when they wanted to. But I notice'd they were getting fat. Around 14 to 15 lbs each. I feed them in the morning at 8am and at 8pm. I feed them meox mix tender centers. But over the holiday i was low on cash so I was feeding them real cheap cat food. I've been back on track now they get the same kind, meow mix. I can't always say the same flavor.

try this. when you have stable BG . test your BG eat 2 slices of white bread. measure your BG after 30 minutes and 1 hour. see how much your BG changed.

I have been Experiencing a pretty nasty skin rash on my chest, Lower back, under arms and stomach since I have stated a low-carb diet. When I noticed the rash about 6 months ago I was just trying the program for the first time and neither myself or my doctor connected the two together. and the clear, clean, single use plastic vacutainer holders into another trash container. INTERESTINGLY....the ONCE FULL TO THE BRIM blood borne container was about 1/8 full !!! What a waste of container space.... What an excessive cost to our medical trash removal... I know the answer from OSAH....and the regulators of medical / lab practices....BUT I would like to know if there are "multiple use holder devices".
