If so, reduce to 1/2 cup portions at a time and be sure to eat chicken, fish, lean beef, etc. If you are
carb sensitive, it also means that eating a whole banana will make you sleepy too - instead of ENERGIZING you. So, cut it to 1/2 but ADD a protein to it.
I've gone from 450 to 262 - I know what I'm talking about. The 'diets' out there are useless.
SUGGESTION - get a journal book - write what you eat - YES
BUT focus on what makes you sleepy or sluggish.
