Fruit sugar is bad for some people on
a weight loss. Stay away from bananas! Increase veggies, steam them, cook them, stir fry with
a spoon of olive, canola or coconut oil. Fats are important, as long as they are the right kind. Eat a handful of nuts a day. No peanuts, but pecan, brasil, almonds, walnuts. Very healthy fats, and rich in protein and fibre, they will keep you satiated. Eat lots of low fat meat and dairy. You need the protein.
