Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.

Turkey does like a good choice for quiznos but read online their calorie content cus i have heard its ugly!! Were you talking bout the 100 cal. snack packs? if so thats the ones i use i have a slim fast for breakfast with one it works pretty good! but only have one of those per day cus the carbs are lil bit yucky so thats all i have one per day!!
Well I have tried over and over again with pills shakes nutrisystem slim fast weight warchers etc you name it I tried it.

Try walking at a reasonable pace. Also look into yoga as it's low impact and done at a slow very deliberate pace.
Be sure to watch what you eat as well - might also help the e-coli infection.
I'm 24, 5'7", 204 lbs currently. I recently (since March) have lost 20 lbs through diet and exercise but it seems like I'm at a stand still, and in the last week I have actually gained a pound and a half even though my diet and exercise regimen has not changed.
You may want to head to a health food store and ask about a Weight Gainer Protien Shake or Liquid Meal Replacement like Ensure, Slim Fast etc. If you eat normal meals each day and add a Slim Fast drink you will gain some weight as you are adding more calories.
You can also download NOOM App for free or go to My Fitness Pal online and use thier calorie counters to track your food caloric intake vs. out put.
s allot of money so I was thinking about getting some powder Slim fast shakes and drink those with meals I was thinking cus you use them to replace meals it might help.of course I am going to talk to my Dr but my appointment isn't till next Wednesday so I wanted to try something till then. Aw, I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I, too, have chronic pain and have had it for over 20 years. I won't lie to you and say it'll get any better, unless you're on some awesome pain meds, of course, or you get that miracle blessing of it totally disappearing!
My daughter is 6 years old, on concerta for ADHD and is losing weight. She has been on medications for adhd for over a year now. She was born at 35 weeks by c-section, hospitalized several times before age 2 for respiratory conditions. She has a congenital dislocation of her elbows, significantly more pronounced on left side, for which she is being monitored by Shriners hospital. No other significant medical history.
