I cannot really say for sure what the bumps are, but if they are on your skin (meaning they are not bumps under the skin) then they could be something like a wart. I don't recommend trying to pop them with anything since you could actually make whatever it is possibly spread and also you greatly increase your risk of getting some kind of infection.
Sorry, but the picture is rather blurred.
It appears to be warts...but I'm unsure as when the picture is enlarged I can't tell whether or not those are just the folds of skin on your elbow.
Have your doctor look at them for a proper diagnosis.
I can post more pictures if needed. I don't really see these bumps when not erect.
Hello. I have had these bumps on my arms and feet and fingers for a few years. They do not itch. They do not hurt. They do not weep. I am concerned because it is my understanding that clusters of bumps like this are caused by a virus, and these bumps started to show themselves after I became sexually active (I always wore a condom). I do not have insurance, so I will not go see a doctor, but I hope posting my concern along with pictures here will help out.

I am a 25 y/o male (6 sexual partners). After 2 months of dating, my gf and I decided to start having sex. We went to an STD clinic (April '08) and we both were tested for all STD's, both tested (-). She also told me that she has always had norm paps. We had unprotected sex. One day in July '08, my genitals became very sensitive and I went to see my pcp.
Have tiny bumps on my palms some of them have a dark center which when closely looked, looks like a tiny depression or as if a layer of skin in that area is peeled of.no pain no itching. When my palms are dry, the bump size is reduced. When moisturized, it plumps up. When soaked in water for 5-10 minutes, the black center turns white- grey and is barely noticeable. It becomes visible again after the skin is dry. Could this be a wart or contact dermatitis or any other?
So a while back i noticed a few fine skin colored bumps appearing on my lip so i went to go get tested for any STDs, and fortunately all of my results came back as negative. But the downside to that was the fine bumps that appeared on my top lip are still mysterious, so i did a bit of research and they may be fordyce spots. (see pictures below).
Recently I noticed a very rough, bumpy texture on my penis head (glans). The bumps are dispersed everywhere on the head but appear to be more densely concentrated at the top of the head lining the bottom portion (away from the meatus, in other words). I could almost call them "scales." They definitely have a bumpy texture. The underside of the glans is much smoother and more "normal" looking and feeling.
I went to my GP as I noticed a few strange little bumps on my vulva, and around the entrance to my vagina. He said there's nothing to worry about and said he couldn't see anything of concern, and said the skin down there isn't meant to be smooth. However, I'm still a bit stressed as to what it could be. I've attached a photo. It sort of itches/burns a bit, similar to thrush. No discharge that I've noticed, no smell.
Hello! For a few weeks now I have had this cluster of bumps on my right hand. At first I had thought it was ringworm and I applied all types of creams for it but it didn't seem to go away. The bumps are clustered in a circle and are for the most post my skin tone unless I irritate them which causes them to be red for a little while. They only itch occasionally throughout the day. The bumps are no bigger then a few millimeters in size.
There are two possibilities based on your pictures, either genital warts or Herpes 1 or 2. Warts are generally drier than herpes which may be blister like. I would definitely go see a doctor before it spreads. As well, contact any sexual partners to look out for similar bumps, and refrain from having sex until you know this stuff passes along easy. Personally, it looks like herpes as I've been there before.
hi, i have had a ring of little bumps around the head of my penis and a sort of rough patch of skin on the top of the head (which is similar to but smaller to the bumps that form the ring) for quite a few years.. the bumps in the rough patch are in parallel lines from the middletop of the head right to the tip. after extensive research i found that the ring is pearly penile papules. both the ring of bumps and patch of bumps have never changed, never gone away. they dont do anything at all...
The only risky experience for me occurred late December of 2009, where I slept with a woman who had some small bumps on her genitals ( she assured me it was a rash from shaving) (I was tested by 3 doctors and all cleared me).
I saw a doctor last week and he told me he was 95% sure this was folliculitus and he gave me a prescription for dalacin to apply to the area once a day for 2 weeks. After one week little has changed.
The only noticeable differences were that the bumps in these pictures appeared to be maybe slightly larger than my bumps, the bumps in the pictures didn't seem to have pubic hairs growing out of them, and that the bumps in the pictures appeared to be uniformly distributed over almost the entire penis, while mine are located to one specific area. I have a few bumps on my anus. It started as one that was a bout pea size then it slowly went away now there is three. Ive had them for a few months and until recently they have become a little more sensitive. i have researched hemorrhoids, genital herpes and genital warts. It seems as though some I may have some minor symptoms of each (majority hemorrhoids). I have also seen pictures and my bumps don't look anything like hemorrhoids, herpes or warts.
Is it a bump on the skin or under it? A pimple is a bump under the skin, for example. If it looks like a pimple, it probably is.
Herpes is a cluster of small blisters. What you describe sounds nothing like herpes, and herpes isn't transmitted by handjobs.

I had an unprotected sexual encounter when i was drunk about 2 and a half weeks ago. About 5-7 days ago i noticed very small skin coloured bumps on the shaft of my penis. They were not red, itchy, or irritating. They are kind of oval shaped and lay very flat on the skin. They are only really noticable when i stretch the skin on my penis. They are mostly located all over the shaft of my penis.
