My husband was taking Wellbutrin sr 150 the doctor upped him to 200 sr and they gave him buprion 200 sr(on the bottle it says just Bupr). He had lots of energy on the Wellbutrin sr150 and was a pleasure to be arounds, but on this 200 buprionsr he goes to sleep and is like snappen at me all the time. After reading some of these questions I am worried that things are going to go back to the way they were before he started taking his meds.
I have just begun taking Budeprion SR. 150 milligrams a day. The paper the pharmacy gave me said to contact a dr immediately if I got a sore throat. I have a sore throat, and I want to know if I need to stop taking the medication. On another website, throat irriatation is listed as a rare side effect. I called my dr, and the nurse looked it up and said that sore throat was listed as a side effect. So, I am confused. Should I stop taking the medication? Is this a dangerous side effect?

Are there any antidepressants that will make me more alert rather than sleepy and tired? This has been my experience with all the drugs I've tried so far. Budeprion being the last one and the worse cause it makes me so sleepy and lethargic, yeah too often I find myself sitting there as if lifeless, staring into space, feeling like a rock with no feelings or emotions...Are there any drugs that will give me more pep and energy instead of making me just wanna stay in bed all day?
I was on amitriptiline for 7 years and I am also taking 10-20 mg just for a week till the budeprion kicks in and then I will be off of amitriptiline. That was a real weight gainer medicine, I would have never gained 30 pounds if I had never been on that stuff. It was a good medicine if it was for the weight gain. I felt good on it and it helped me sleep.
Budeprion XL is giving me extreme anxiety and racing heart. Have been on it for about a month.i am also on Escitraprolam. How can I taper off the budeprion XL. Was thinking of starting by 1 every other day for a while, then every third day and so on.
my Dad has managed t2 diabetes for many years though had a stroke last year that rendered him unable to swallow. He now uses a peg feed overnight with bolus feeds during the day. He manages tiny amounts of fluid and food (also chews and spits food so that he can still enjoy mealtimes with the family).
It hasn't been easy and recently he's been losing weight, now into muscle weight loss. I understand the feed regime isn't really primarily designed for diabetes but is all we have.
Last week my psychiatrist increased my Budeprion SR (generic Wellbutrin) from 300mg daily to 450mg daily. I got the script filled but when I got home and thought about it, I checked to see what is the max recommended dosage... It's 400mg daily.
I've been afraid to take that much, and you're not supposed to cut them in half.
Has any one else been on that high a dose of 450mg? Or have you heard of it?
HI.I have been on prozac and wellbutrin sr for over a year..recently found out my problem it thyroid and hormones.Anyways im going off prozac and Im down to 10 mg and 150 mg wellbutrin sr 2 times a day.after a few weeks of cutting ftom 2 prozac i feel funny so i go back to 2,my dr wants me to instead of going back to 2 proxac to up my wellbutrin to 2 150 mg in am and 1 in pm..which makes 450 mg/she said it is abit over normal amount of wellbutrin sr..
I had taken Toprolol when much younger and in normal sinus rhythm (then it too was 50mg SR) and it had no side effects that I can recall, I was still running for exercise.
You might want to discuss using a calcium channel blocker to lower blood pressure.

I'm on 90mg Erfa and just introduced SR T3. I cannot get consistent temps no matter when and how many I use?
For example I used 3 7.5mcg T3 and temp rose to 97.33 it then went down to 96 around noon after I took 2 MORE!
This morning I took 4 SR T3 with 90 mcg thinking I need to take more in the morning but instead it was lower than the morning before when I took less and which was 97.33F.
Ive been searching the internet as to some kind of protocol to follow but dont find much information.
Am on Budeprion since April 1, 2013 because I had 2 deaths in my family and I was down so I went to the doctor and she put me on that am doing fine now but I today I just feel down and I was thinking about stopping the medication, I don't know if that causing me to feel down or what, and am not depressed I wasn't on the medication for depressed so is it ok to start to stop it or what?

I've been on Wellbutrin XL 150 mg for about 6 months...I recently started taking once a day SR...to me the SR is less effective...I don't fell anything...it doesnt really feel like it curves my depression. I only tried it to compare the difference...I prefer the 2x a day I feel much better and actually feel it working...thats just my personal experience...however when I talked to my M.D. the switch wasn't harmful I guess its the chemical reaction to ur brain/body...good luck!
Is anyone getting ringing in the ears from taking Generic Wellbutrin(Bupropion sr ) 150 mg. Here is my situation I have been on amitriptiline 25 mg 4 years then went up to 50 mg for 3 years. I started taking only one 150 mg of bupropion sr this is my 5 day. Can I stop taking the amitriptiline with no withdrawls after only 5 days of Bupropion? or has it not been long enough. I hoping that I can stop the amitriptiline by taking the bupropion sr in place of the amitriptiline.
I've been taking Bupropion(generic) for 3 months. I've tried 300mg-XL, 2x150mg-SR, and both times (though I'd take the morning dose at 6AM) had a hard time falling asleep at night, tossing around in bed an hour or so. I normally don't have a sleeping problem. So, I now take only one 150mg-SR around 7AM and no afternoon dose. I can fall asleep fine now, but my energy runs out in the late afternoon ...
urgent I have just found out they are no longer making sr Ritalin 20mg and I have been taking 8tablets every morning for 40 years it was lowered 10 years ago from 10 tablets but I need to know what medication is as effective as the sr Ritalin which lasted about 8 hours for me I need to know before if possible 1045 am today when my doctor and I discuss this I want to know my options going into this meeting please
