so my docter did surgery one year later, he took the nail out of my leg and replaced it with a plate and and screws, during surgery he broke my fibula to get the plate in place. i dont no why he did it but my tibia feels alot better and now my fibula is broken, my question is has anyone ever had a corrective surgery on there tibia and had there fibula broken. And how long does it take for the fib to heal and am i screwed ? i dont know what to do.

Last night we opened our backdoor to find a stray kitty (adolescent male). I noticed he was malnourished and gave him some milk and chicken (all I had for an animal). Then I noticed he was favoring one leg. I think it might be broken! I've called a few places and no one wants to deal with him, of course. They're just going to want to euthanize him instead of help him. So my question is this--- what do I do?!?!?!?!

That was a long time ago. One broken jaw, one broken arm, two broken hands, one broken elbow, several broken fingers, several broken toes, one concussion......think I'm still feeling that one! Been shot at twice.....they missed and I pissed! I don't heal so fast now...

My daughter was born blemish free. She is 10 weeks old now. When she was about 2 weeks old, a slight little red dot appeared on her right cheek and has stayed on ever since (picture attached). As i looked at the x-ray result after the operation, i wonder if he made the operation right because the cracked bone still protrudes and the big space between the broken bone is noticeable(please see pictures in my profile). Does the protrusion of the bone can have a great effect if we talk about the healing process? As I looked at the x-ray result, I doubt if the screw missed its target, but I'm not a doctor to say that my opinion is right. Hope anyone could help me.

When I was dating my college boyfriend, we went to visit his mother whom lived out of state and wasn't married to his dad anymore that I knew well. A few days ago i noticed a few small red bumps on my leg, mostly in the area near the ankle. They were not itchy at first but after a few days they are starting to itch, not warm to touch. i dont have any fever or headache. nothing new in my life, same diet..detergents..I live in eastern Canada (Chilly out so really no bugs yet). at first i thought maybe razor burn but i don't think it is any more. How ignorant does one have to be? You could see the bruises in the pictures....she suffered TWO broken legs at the same time while in their care....uhm DUH!!!! I found a bump on my inner thigh towards the center of my thigh just below where my scrotum normally hangs. I have one also one in the portion of your leg where the buttocks meets your upper thigh again towards the center (somewhat in the fold) the thigh one is larger and became enlarge and sore one day after a lot of walking.
