Get a bed buddy brand moist heat pack, I got mine at a drug store...was in a car accident in 2002, have had major lower back problems since which always got worse during each pregnancy...no bath that late in pregnancy...so the heat pach has been a life saver...
But today i have been going to the bathroom alot and after everytime i pee i have a contraction bad so is it my water leaking out or just pee? Like i feel like my water us going to break with every step i take or every move i make.

Sheets somwtimes not hbeng the cleanest. One day i wale up and i have red bumps all over my arms, legs feet amd buttocks,and scattered on body that itch like crazy, somwtimes drawing blood from scratching. A few daya later i notice a small bump on the edge of the head of penis with a dry skin atop it. It itched along qith little bumps along shaft which matched small bumps i had around Nd between my knuckles. Just little dry bumps. Ive tried steriod creams Nd benedryl.

On the surface, I think it is smart to expect certain things out of the father of our children.
So today really felt like a step back. I was up at 3 am (AGAIN!!!) cuz the RLS was brutal. It really got me down cuz I thought the worst was over. I struggled through the day and decided to go for (another) run. Still felt like hell afterward. There's no question the second time is tougher than the first, but then something weird happened. At almost exactly the 120 hour mark the light switch went on and it all just drained from my body. I can't believe how good I feel all of a sudden.
