Blood type o love

Common Questions and Answers about Blood type o love

Avatar f tn My blood type is also O+. I found out my blood type after I enlisted in the military plus I found my blood type on my birth certificate. I do suffer from depression and I do have anger issues but I am managing both with therapy. I know when I don't eat, I do get very cranky. I've never had a manic episode but there are times when I was darn near close. I had to remove myself from particular situations or else it may have landed me in jail. Simply because I skipped lunch.
1230912 tn?1273496370 The first I had a I dont know what blood type the baby other two are both O Negitive...But they gave me the shot anyway...they said to help protect the next baby if there was another pregnancy.
1225198 tn?1336791830 My mom is O- and dad is AB+. ANYONE can take O- blood, but - can't take + blood. This makes O- blood like gold, and O+ is pretty important too. You should dontate blood more often! But even in the situation of one partner with + and the other with -, it won't PREVENT pregnancy, it would only make keeping the pregnancy difficult, if not impossible. My mom had 2 miscarrages before finding out the problem. She sucessfully had 5 children with help once she knew she had - blood. Hope that helps.
492537 tn?1214326041 At the follow-up visit with my doctor, she told me that she recommended removal of the ovaries (an oopherectomy, the Big O-O) as well as a hysterectomy to remove the uterus. The cervix was up to me. There were several options and combinations of surgeries possible. Since the other ovary was not affected, theoretically, that could stay. However, given the chances of future cysts and ovarian cancer, the decision to remove both ovaries was easy.

3112631 tn?1356657157 They will be calling me because they love my blood I'm O- so everyone wants it. I'll let all of you know, but for now I feel comfortable in giving it. One more until my 7th gallon I at least want to accomplish this, but without hurting someone. I will make sure before going ahead and donating. I just always tease the Red Cross when they say they are low on blood. I tell them "hope you save one pint for me just in case I ever need it.
Avatar n tn I'm not sure why you're asking, but I'll also add that someone with A or B type can have a recessive gene for O type, so that they can parent a child with O blood. Hope this helps.
220090 tn?1379170787 I still listen to the music of he past...I also LOVE Cousteau with a passion. Avatar n tn I recently landed a nice job with an excellent health insurance that will cover the surgery (but they want 6 months of doctor supervised diet/exercise recorded). At her first doctor's appointment yesterday her blood pressure was taken and was 150/110. Her doctor said that if some pills don't work she will have to be hospitalized. I'm terrified that she will have a stroke, heart-attack or anuerism, before we get her surgery aproved.
Avatar f tn My 5 y/o son was diagnosised Adhd as well as bipolor. He is on several medications: ritalin, restpordol(sp???), Concerta, and clonodine (help him sleep) but they work for just a while. He can be perfectly fine one minute and extremely mad over something so small the next.... not to mention that he runs full charge all day. Anyway, he has been getting a lot more aggressive here lately for no apparent reason. I mean nothing has changed in our home.
Avatar f tn O- means you have O type blood (the most common type, however only a small part are negative) however Your rH factor is negative, which means you lack the rH antigen. If baby has a positive blood type and babies blood mixes with yours your body will produce antibodies to the positive antigen which can lead to miscarriage or deformities (rhesus syndrome). Usually with the first baby its not an issue, but they give the Rhogam shot to prevent your body from developing those antibodies.
947843 tn?1255192936 Sometimes it's a chicken and egg type situation - you don't know what came first. You did the right thing though by starting antivirals so that if this was herpes, it didn't turn into a full blown ob. The easiest dose of acyclovir to take for ob's is the 800mg 3x/day for 2 days dose. Much easier than the 400mg 3x/day for 5 days dose. Sometimes it just suck s to be female doesn't it?

1088046 tn?1272288996 One of the hardest things (besides everything) about having a rare brain malformation is having these strange symptoms and feeling like you're the only one. I would really, REALLY love to hear a list of everyone's symptoms related to Chiari's. Every time I research and read symptom lists, I always find something that I didn't know was a common thread, but makes me feel less alone in this crazy thing.
Avatar f tn Warm regards to every-one that reads this, and may god bless you..........nan....O, yes, I am also in a LOT of physical pain when I have to give blood for tests.....I think its something to do with how well or ill you I never use to be ????????????
8683847 tn?1410760916 In the process they can also destroy good blood cells because they really can't differ between good and bad. That is why you have to get weekly blood tests to check your blood platelets. You will go UND (undetectable) during treatment hopefully leading to a status of SVR. So I vision the sovaldi and O as the seperator and the riba as the destroyer. Have to separate the HCV cells to make them vulnerable.
10581471 tn?1417748298 I'm 28 weeks and I have o- blood. I'm scheduled to get a shot next week to ensure that my body doesn't try to fight off my baby. If my son has positive blood that could happen if our blood mixes. Not really a question... I'm just wondering if any other moms are in my same situation. Apparently my blood type is rare.

Avatar f tn I was always under the impression, even a trauma nurse told me, that hepatitis c is spread from Blood to Blood contact. It's a long, ugly story but a few months ago I did something in a fit of anger. I won't go into details and I am not usually prone to anger as extreme as this particular night. My question is, and I have been getting different answers (now that i have a computer) everywhere I search.

Avatar m tn Hi cindy- Thank you so much for your kind words. I am in a trial for 48 weeks that includes boceprevir interferon and ribavirin as the treatment. I have been very forunate and hope to lose those lasr few hundred virons. I've been feeling lousy, but today is the kind of day that makes it seem worth it and keeps us going. Still not there, but very close! You want to treat for the full term when you become undectable so the virus does not come back after treatment is complete.
1569985 tn?1328251082 7 days seems a long time without blood thinner -- I'm on it because I'm at risk for strokes, right? Any comments and/or advice would be welcome. Also, any pep talks welcome!
Avatar f tn The period of SubQs depends on what happens with creatinine levels, but usually a period of between 6 weeks and 3 months is sufficient with blood testing every two to four weeks. The type of fluids are equally important. Assuming that sodium levels in the blood are within normal range and not below normal range, then the solution used should be Lactated Ringers. This is the closest to natural canine body fluids and is what's known as a balanced fluid.
