Beethoven piano sonata no 8

Common Questions and Answers about Beethoven piano sonata no 8

sonata

Avatar f tn Weirdly he's into the classics. Beethoven and Mozart. Things like that. Moonlight sonata gets him real still and he doesn't move. When its over he kicks like crazy till I put it back on. Anything played on a piano or violin seems to sooth him. He also loves when I sing to him. Could be anything.
Avatar m tn I'm a 28 year old classical pianist. I have had hyperacusis in my left ear for a few years, and the slightest hearing loss as well as tinnitus in my right ear. The hyperacusis manifests as uncomfortable vibrating when I hear high and sharp frequency: clanking pots and pans, shrieking, a high pitch female voice on the other end of a cell phone, etc. The hearing loss in my right ear is more of a loss of the fullness and warmth of certain instruments, which I notice because of my keen ear.
Avatar m tn I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function. The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Avatar m tn It all started when one day I played the piano and guitar for several hours. The following morning my wrist hurt and were going numb. I had no swelling. I waited a couple days, then when I thought I was ok I lifted some weights. I realized it wasn't better. School made it impossible for my wrists to recover. I tried playing the piano a week later, but they still hurt. For months I've been trying to let them recover, but they won't.
Avatar n tn How do I deal with my 8 year old girl, who cries at the least little thing and always seems irritable or unhappy? She is the middle child between an 11 yo girl and 7 yo girl. I have tried point systems, ignoring the behaviors, praising for handling situations without crying, extra attention, channeling into creative and physical activities (art, dance, singing, piano, sports), etc etc. She cries at least 5 times a day- usually more like ten.
Avatar f tn Has anyone made one on YouTube or any list at all? Birthing class teacher recommended some plain instrumental with no words and some uplifting like rock and roll..
Avatar m tn Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
Avatar f tn I suffered thru severe insomnia 60wks+.of tx. Nothing seemed to help. My advice is go with it , don`t try to fight it it only makes it harder to find some sleep. i used to lay around for hours with my eyes shut but not sleeping and therefore never getting that well rested feel. From time to time after a few nights of zero sleep I took a Valium (Diazepam) and that knocked me out . It only worked when I was already exhausted from not sleeping.
Avatar m tn Agree. I've had three and open heart surgery.. and have had no problems induced by the procedures.. in fact my mitral valve has worked well for 8 years at this point. Don't have a number on risk or severity, but simple recovery will have to take place, but best I can recall other than having to be driven home and not drive for the rest of the day, I had no after/side effects.
Avatar n tn I like it, although I think it's a name that would really have to suit the child. You know how you just look at someone and think yep that name suits them.
Avatar n tn We lost a few pillows, wallets, throw rugs, shoes (naturally), and even a leg on my solid cherry wood piano. The piano incident nearly got her booted out of the house permanently, but we persevered. I'm just glad I can look back on it all and laugh. Sounds like you've got a pretty strong-willed pup in your family, and it really will take time and patience to teach him what is, and is not, acceptable behavior.
Avatar f tn My doc gave me Seroquel and it works great, have been on it for about 7-8 years. I do not take it every night because of the weight gain. I also take over the counter stuff when I dont take my seroquel. I was diagnosed with Arnold Chiari malformation about 3 years and had surgery to help treat it. I get really bad migraines from my chiari, especially if i cant get enough of sleep. It is a struggle. Are there any other meds that any of you take that have helped you in the long term??
Avatar m tn Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
220090 tn?1379167187 My plans for 2012 are to continue my piano lessons and start to write the book I have been talking about. I bought a piano and started lessons this past October. I have always thought Bach was the greatest composer that ever lived. Now that I am playing one of his pieces (badly), I have an ever greater appreciation for his genius. When I first started learning the piece, one pair of notes sounded discordant, so I thought I must be making a mistake.
Avatar f tn I am depressed over this as well as postpartum issues and have just been put on Celexa for anxiety and depression as well as Sonata for sleep by a recommended psychiatrist. The Sonata is too short-acthing though. I called the doc on call but he does not want to prescribe anything stronger until tomorrow, if adding melatonin and/or benadryl does not help. I am currently wearing a holter monitor and have also worn en event monitor recently.
220090 tn?1379167187 Many people here, including me, suffer from emotional side effects from the drugs we are taking. I am off the tx for 8 weeks now and the demons are still running around my head. I spend a lot of effort looking for ways to dispatch them. I was raised in a family of agnostics with no religious training.
Avatar f tn I'm 23 years old and I know I have problems!!!! because I spend most of the time in front of my computer and I watch over 8 movies a day without getting tired!! sometimes I don't get out of my bed all day long, but I hardly sleep.. I just lie down in my bed all day and watch movies, even usually I forget about eating or drinking, there are times that I thank god because I didn't forget breathing while I was watching the movie...
Avatar m tn My surgery went very well each time. I actually did no professional PT and used alternating heat and ice, massage and playing the piano (I don't recommend that - just what I was comfortable with) I was back at work in 6 weeks. It was a little slow going at first but as the weeks went on of constantly using my hands and arms to do what I usually do (short of lifting anything heavy until cleared by my surgeon), I was fine. That was in 1988 and 1990.
