I am Male 42, from Pakistan I had unprotected sex vaginal and slight anal penetration once (big mistake ) with a sex worker on 27 Sept 13, on 29 Sept I felt severe itching in my groins and irritation in anus. I took 750 mg Azithromycin 29 sept night followed by 250 mg Azithromycin with 400 mg cefixime on 30 Sept morning. I waited for 24 hours The symptoms didn't resolve rather I started having severe irritation after peeing.
That same day my doctor proscribed me Sandoz- azithromycin 250 mg (4 tablets) which I took all at the same time that same day with food. I am scheduled for a re-test three weeks from that day. However, every morning I wake up (with an erection) and I urinate and it still hurts but not during the rest of the day. But today at around lunch time the lower right side of my body began to hurt and by this evening my testicles began to hurt also. Not severely, but they hurt enough to notice.

NO! Take your cat to a vet for treatment. Meds should NEVER be given without a prescription from the vet if they are needed. Very dangerous to start playing around with unauthorized meds.
I had some azithromycin prescribed to me for diarrhoea from my doctor before I came overseas, to use in case of illness/travellers diarrhoea and inability to see a doctor.

I received zithromax (azithromycin) for 5 days. (500 mg the first day and 250 mg day 2-5). The symptoms have improved, for example I no longer have the morning discharge that I had before and the stains in my underwear have almost disappeared. Your doctor told you to take Glucosat with Metformin or you did this on your own? Have you Google'd each Glucosat [glukosat] ingredient for possible contraindications/interactions with Metformin? Bitter melon by itself is OK but has been known not to mix "nicely" with other medications.

Went to see doctor quick urine test negative for uti. Urine tested at lab for stds (Chlamydia, Gon). Was given 4 250 mg tablets azithromycin as doctor thought likely Chlaymydia. Redness around urethra opening and inflammation around urethra opening
Day 3 to 5 - Urethritis was worse - very painful urination. Symptons worsening despite antibiotic treatment. Unusual spray during urination.
Day 6 - Urine test comes back negative.
