I have (in the 3 plus years on this site) never seen a post by a parent saying any additional diet change made a difference (if they had a normal diet). Having said that, omega 3's certainly wouldn't hurt to try!

I have always noticed that he cant sit for more than few min in one place nor can do one work for more than few min.

(Attention Deficit Disorder) but I am not on any medication for it. I also tried going on meds for it thinking it would help me with sex and it didn't. I use ritalin when I need to focus and complete difficult jobs for me-like doing paperwork. UGH! I took ritalin (a stimulant for ADD) daily for awhile and DID go manic. I did all kinds of things I wouldn't normally do including spending large amounts of money on impulse. Having an affair! Etc.

You need to look into behavioral therapy. Its not a lot different than what I was talking about in the first paragraph - - it will work with ADHD kids, it just takes a lot longer.
