weight loss effort. Please post here often, share your tips and hints. There is a weight loss tracker here that you can have that you can also track many other components that help support weight loss, such as journaling, tracking exercise, inches, etc etc. You can even add your weight loss ticker in your signature on your posts and journal entries.
