I been taking EPR it has help I am 37+5 and I got checked for dilation two days ago I am already 2-3. Braxton hicks are kicking in stronger and more frequent. I found my EPR at Wal-Mart. But I did not find the raspberry leaf tea there. Maybe I should try a natural store. What is that tea supposed to do?

You didn't say if your machine also had EPR (Exhale Pressure Relief). I believe most Auto-Cpaps have some version of this. I have had my M-Series Auto w/A-Flex for almost a year and still rely on the A-Flex (this machines version of EPR).

i had my last period on 24th Feb and tried to conceive during my ovulation period (as epr teh ovulation calender). I did the test yesterday (that was 23rd march) and got negative. I am getting stomach pain unlike period pain. Could i be pregnant and when is best time to take the test..

hi drs/ experienced people i was just wondering if there is connection between sleep apnea and nocturnal panic attacks, i have been having these episodes that 30 mins to 1 hr after i sleep i wake up in panic with my heart racing, i have the cpap and have been trying really hard to use it. i just figured out how to use the EPR feat on mine hoping it would be a good help. i am very scared that these atacks will make my heart worse.

But Susan from Resmed clinical service (a nurse) said that if I am breathing at 10 cm and my EPR is set at 1 I should not have red eye problem, that probably the red eye was caused by the mask being too tight. She explain that the mask upper knob should be in the center of my forehead and the bottom between the lips and the bottom of the chin; (which is not, it is below that point) therefore she recommended to change my mask from a large to a small. cheers!

Pretty sure that I need BiPap instead of CPAP. The exhale pressure is too high on CPAP even with the EPR maxed at 3 and a setting of 7cm to 9cm. I've read that someone had anxiety on CPAP and switched to BiPap and it was fine. There are times when I feel so tired that I could faint. Has anyone had any similar crazy symptoms like this?

Will I get another us to see how big my baby is measuring? Or will I just have to go off of what I measure?

I also changed machines to an auto-bipap with the EPR off. perhaps you need another titration study?
