Is it safe to teach my daughter how to ride a "big girl" bike? She is 3 and a half, so her bike is really small. I am 18 weeks 1 day, but look about 7 months.

My hub has a bike and I've been dying to go out for a ride - I know once the baby comes we're not gonna be able too - Do you think it's alright if I go out? I'm 38 weeks and 3 days...

Hi everyone I'm not sure if this is the right place , but I'll ask in hopes someone can help . Recently my husband and I were going on a bike ride. I hadn't been in over a year, but I could not lift my leg high enoug to get it over the bike. An there was no way I could push off to give myself some momentum. It's also been extremely hard to lose weight, and way to easy to gain. I ado have some swelling in feet and hands with some redness.

I just read in my pregnancy book yesterday that it is fine to ride a stationary bike. They said that alot of people ride stationary bikes when they get farther along in their pregnancys.

Sure you can ride a bike when you are pregnant. I am planning to ride my bike untill 40 weeks (go for groseries etc).

The next morning, Tuesday, I still felt fine. Sometime around 10AM, 26 hours after my bike ride, I began to feel sore in my lower back. I've had this before when I lift something heavy the incorrect way. I'm wondering if I probably sprained it Tuesday morning playing with my 3 year old or if I could have sprained it and not felt symptoms for 26 hours. Since you are already active, I believe it is. I was told I could ride my regular bike, but why don't you just give your doc a call before your app't. They'd be happy to answer that type of question for you. Make sure you tell his nurse what types of activities you've been doing. Take care of my Grandbaby!

I chalked this all up to the long bike ride because I have heard of other people getting a rash from the bike seat. The sores/pimples seem to be healing up right now. They actually look like healing acne, but the purple blotch kind of just flaked off.

s actually a recomended excercise. Will say it will hurt your bottum. Decided to do a long bike ride with husband on are anniversary. Well we thought it was a 10 mile ride turned out to be 15 and I ended up with little bruises on my butt.

0) I was wondering if anyone here has taken Arava (Leflunomide) and their side effects? I started it almost 3 weeks ago for the RA and Sjogrens and have started to have nausea, hair loss, skin sensitivity, burning or tingling of skin, and restless legs (already had, but much worse now), vivid dreams, and torso pain like a cramping sensation in back and sides. I have read too much bad stuff about this medicine and I am hoping someone has had a good experience with it.

I have an Auto Immune Disorder of the connective tissue as labeled by my Rheumatologist. I take Plaquenil 200mg, and Arava 20mg daily. I have been on the Plaquenil for over a year and the Arava for 5-6 months. I am still having flares and experiencing pain on a daily basis. I'm a 28 year old male. My tested positive for ANA but the doctor hasn't labeled me with Lupus. I see my Rheumatologist on the 18th of December and I'm looking for the next step in my treatment.
