My case can look rather particular in fact it is the second time in ten years that I have to undergo surgery due to ovarian cysts ruptures on my right ovary and every time the doctors in ER first think of an acute appendicitis which make them run a quantity of useless tests while I am in pain and makes me even more doubtful and worried.

But usually the image findings are correlated with clinical symptoms and blood tests. I have recently been experiencing right side pain and mentioned it to my GP. He sent me for a CT which confirmed mild appendicitis. Don't have typical appendicitis symptoms other than pain and some nausea. My doc says to get it taken out. I went for a consult with a general surgeon and he said he isn't 100% that's my appendix since I don't have all the acute symptoms. He said there is no such thing as chronic appendicitis and my doc says "oh yes there is". UGH...
I also have headaches and have gotten easily hot and overheated during the night. I know im not pregnant because ive testes and JUST came off my period and it was normal. Could this be my apendix? UTI? I had a UTI about 2 months ago could i have another? Oh and i feel like i have trappe gas and it travels all over my stomach.

You should get an ultrasound done to check the stauts of pregnancy. If pregnancy is ruled out then secondary amenorrhea should be ruled out. Secondary amenorrhea is when a woman who has had normal menstrual cycles stops getting her monthly period for 3 or more months.
Causes of secondary amenorrhea include stress and anxiety, malnutrition, depression, overexercising, sudden weight loss or gain (obesity),thyroid disorders and hormonal imbalance due to polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).
So you don't think it could be a first trimester pregnancy pain. I know I'm pregnant I've already been to the doctor I just figured it was my body adjusting.

I have same symptoms and i was diagnosed with Appendicitis. They removed my appendix but the symptoms stays. The next diagnosis was my gallbladder not functioning properly.
Now I'm on diet and decided to keep my GB as long as it doesn't bother me a lot.

The various possibilities which present with such pain in the abdomen are appendicitis, diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, bowel obstruction, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy and pelvic inflammatory disease,irritable bowel syndrome , kidney obstruction or pyelonephritis, psoas abscess and volvolus (twisting of the sigmoid part of the large bowel on itself).
Investigations like ultrasound abdomen, CT abdomen and colonoscopy are required to confirm a diagnosis.
I dint think they treat for appendicitis. Although isnt appendicitis ridiculously painful? Mine is a cramping in my pelvis and alot of discomfort and bloating in my abdomen. Another 2lb gone overnight! A total of 16lb loss in 4 weeks!

One thing that I will like to say is that sometimes diagnosis of appendicitis is tough because of the position of the appendix and other conditions which may mimic appendicitis like Meckel’s diverticulitis,inflammatory bowel disease and kidney diseases.

Might have to go to the emergency room is this something u had before i don't know much about the appendicitis but the symptoms are pretty similar to pregnancy symptoms but with u being so far I'm not sure about the vomiting part I never threw up with any of mine maybe just call the doctor key him know your concerns and see what they suggest

Chances are it's nothing to harm you or the baby, and just very unpleasant, but I would still keep telling them. I wonder too if you are not just having a bad time of round ligament pain. It's usually just uncomfortable, but I have heard of some women having a really rough time with it. It is most commonly felt on the right side as well.
