You should talk to your physician before taking aspirin if you have LQTS. Antihypertensive drugs are on the long cautionary list.
Thank you so much for responding. Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist drug. I've learned that most of antihypertensive drugs can cause cough, cough that is so irritating, embarrassing and seems like you're either having pneumonia or tb. There is no turning back for me now that I am taking Tb and anti-fungal drugs. At least, if I indeed have tb, my family gets protected. I stopped taking losartan today and will take a calcium blocker or ace inhibitor instead.
I wonder if you are taking any other medication or even nonprescription drugs like caffeine that may have caused your blood pressure to jump up. With a truly sudden elevation, I would be looking for something else in my life that changed around the same time or right before my blood pressure went up. Your blood pressure is obviously high but you have started with the lifestyle modification with exercise and dietary changes. Moreover ACE inhibitor drugs like Ramipril is a good antihypertensive and should lower the blood pressure. However ensure that you take this drug regularly as prescribed and get your blood pressure monitored at regular intervals.

Do not mix antihistamines though such as an oral antihistamine and spray. Ocean Spray does not have an antihistamine and will simply dry you out and is safe to use with an antihistamine.
com will take you to all of the available antihistamine info. That same site also says that these antihistamine sleep aids are not for people with glaucoma or kidney disease.
