The notion that a sex worker, or anyone else, would intentionally infect someone with HIV is outlandish. Further, if someone knowledgeable about HIV wanted to infect someone, s/he would not use a method that has only 1 chance in many thousand of being successsful.
A negative HIV antibody test 3 months after exposure -- Oraquick or any other brand -- is 100% proof that HIV was not transmitted.
1)ijust wanted to know if a healthy uninfected male person has unprotected sex with HIV+postive woman whos suffering from X-agammaglobulinemia after how many months should he get HIV tested.

which i sure hope it isnt this is because i read from google yes i know this is bad that persons with xlinked agammaglobulinemia often show false -ve im not sure if i have it though but i did have chronic otitis which was treated surgically 3x from 5-10yrs i think and bronchitis when i was very young... also tonsillectomy... so i am not sure if i have xlinked.

hi, i get these too and they are linked to menstrual cycle. Anything like mine and theres a possibility that they might get a bit infected. Just keep them clean with a bit of tea tree or witch hazel. If they keep returning go to your doc and see about getting some lymecycline. I have been on this for over a month and have had no further outbreaks as they kill the bacteria that causes them. Keep me updated....
I know diseases like agammaglobulinemia can produce false negative results in these tests. Any additional info would be appreciated. Having an issue getting past this point....

Hi I have a foot problem, it started before Halloween, it's Nov 24 now. It started with a blister from my shoe… the toe was a few days later. I was scratching a snag on my cuticle… 3 days later I noticed a big blister. My doctors gave me Clindamycin but it hasn't helped me much. here are some pictures of my foot. Please help me. I also have a skin condition called "incontinentia pigmenti", an x linked dominant chromosome disorder, but I don't know if it is related.
Wikipedia is a good starting point, as it usually is linked to the other label sites. Look for lines within the label info that refer to liver or hepatic. If there is any knowledge that a drug can harm the liver it will be on the label. You can easily come across a line on some drug labels that warns about treating patients with "hepatic impairment" (means liver damage).

s not how i read it, it says to me that X-Rays are linked to increased ALL, most of the news agencies that ran with the story also said this. From the study - "Specifically, the researchers found that children with acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL) had almost twice the chance of having been exposed to three or more X-rays compared with children who did not have leukemia"

Take the antibiotics, with my first son I had a uti but didn't realise until I was in the back of an ambulance with my womb contracting due to a uti at 18 weeks. I was started on an anti biotic drip & steroids to mature the baby's lungs.
m 17 weeks pregnant and got a bladder infection, I am the worst person for not being able to take tablets. They have gave me antibiotics that are only the size of capsule paracetamol but I am still struggling to take them..I don't know why just can't seem to swallow them..is there anything else I can do or the nurses can do to help me?
The back of the tongue was whiter than usual. TOday the ORL told me I have a fungus in my tongue nad nose,.....linked with the antibiotics....I AM SCARED....
i was also diagnose by blood test to have pylori.i tried tri-antibiotics but it made me feel sick so i tried pine oil which help me put back on some weight i had gone to 170.
Wa infection am not sure as that is all i was told. Prescribed more antibiotics. Early march i went 4 a std check up n it came back as positive 4 chlamydia. Last 1 was around year earlier n was negative, only person i have been with since then is current partner whose test came back negative, this has completely threw me n i cant get my head round this. Since then had 2urine tests at drs n today been told i have another urine infection n back on anti biotics.
But my guess is that s/he suspected but did not confirm epididymitis and that the decision to treat with antibiotics was more as a precaution than out of real conviction. I believe the gradual improvement while taking antibiotics was either a coincidence, i.e. the discomfort was going to clear up anyway, or a placebo effect.

1) No. It is not possible this is due to gonorrhea or any other STD from the sexual exposure described.

Diagnosis of autism is done only based on behaviors, not genetics, genetics are tested to rule out (or in) underlying genetic abnormalities.
Its like she has something stuck in her throat and she only coughs up some saliva/muscous-but not always. The vet put her on some antibiotics and now wants to do a chest x-ray. Another vet says to get an EKG. I don't know what to do-as you know these aren't cheap. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I see some dogs have had some similar symptoms-what was the outcome?
