The picture is from my 2nd week of using Tretinoin once daily at night then using a moisturizer in the morning. The things that are bothering me the most is the wrinkle formed on my forehead the the two wrinkles forming above my eyebrow. The skin in these areas has become rough and loose as you can see in the picture. I also have rough patches on my cheeks with enlarged pores. How much improvement can i reasonably expect, is my photo damage not as bad as i think it is?

My cheeks always seem to have dry skin, which when treated with a moisturizer turns red and becomes very sore... If I dont use a moisturizer then the skin remains dry and gets progressively worse. I do shower once a day but tend to put on a bit of vaseline first to help protect my cheeks from become dried from the water.

Hello, About two days ago when i got out of the bath i used the Triple moisturising beauty care body wash and happily spread that the cream all over my body. Now i notice that my scrotum is shiny, flaky, lost elasticity. Also the foreskin got the same way so when i push it back it looks dry similar to (balanitis) condition. Hi there, based on my experience ******* oil or cocounut oil on a hot day is the best moisturizer I would recommend. I used it from the very beginning till the today and thank God I don't have any. I did try bio oil and other anti-stretchmark cream trust me ,it doesn't really work. Key point is , keep your tummy moisturIse at all time. Especially when you about to go to bed, it helps.

I feel vaseline is not only the best moisturizer,but good anti inflamatory agent best suited to your condition.
